Having suffered from excruciating pain as a result of TMJ, I desperately needed treatment that would quickly and effectively alleviate the pain I was experiencing. Having googled “quick and effective treatment”, I learnt that Botox was 80% effective in treating TMJ pain. Knowing Dr Elsmore is a qualified doctor it gave me peace of mind that she would carry out my treatment to a high standard and she did exactly that. Within approximately three days of the Botox, I started noticing my symptoms were subsiding and the Botox was becoming effective and within four days, I was experiencing little to no pain. When I become stressed, I can feel my jaw wanting to clench tight, however, the muscles are so relaxed the clenching is no longer an issue for me. The Botox treatment to treat TMJ was the best decision I made. I now no longer feel anxious that if I do get stressed, pain will follow. It has really allowed me to relax. Anyone experiencing TMJ symptoms, I would highly recommend the Botox treatment as a method to manage the symptoms. Dr Elsmore is absolutely brilliant and I don’t know what I would have done without her brilliant service and treatment plan. The Courtyard Clinic is a real asset to the island and I would highly recommend Dr Elsmore and her team for high quality treatment.

I am so happy I came across the Orchard Clinic, really can't recommend Sam & Miranda enough! :-) I had botox for forehead, frown, crows feet as well as masseur botox and it has reduced my tension headaches and jaw pain & tension massively - as well as making all the wrinkles completely disappear - yet still look natural! Sam is so knowledgeable and professional, her experience definitely shows, but as well she is just generally so caring and kind, and it really puts you at ease. I like that she really listens to you and what your goal is, and explains everything to you objectively to help you decide your options and doesn't rush at all. I have also had a skincare consultation with Miranda and she was able to recommend better products for my skin type and needs with what I wanted to achieve, and like Sam, found her to be excellent in knowledge, experience and just generally also so kind and lovely! Again, just makes you feel you can trust and feel safe in the treatment. Left with two amazing new products as well as personalised advice and guidance. The clinic is so clean and well looked after and I am just super happy with results. Prices are really reasonable too! Thank you so much x
