Kathryn has helped with my dentist phobia, and I've had two fillings, and even opted to have Invisalign with her. She's always put me at ease during appointments, which is an achievement as I (used to) get so anxious about the dentist! I'm so pleased with all the dental work Kathryn has carried out, and excited for the remaining progress with my Invisalign I have joint problems, and Kathryn has done her own research to provide me with the best and most suitable dental care.

I’ve had fantastic care from Sam - her expert advice has really improved my skin. During my first peel, she explained each step clearly and made me feel completely at ease. The added lip facial and balm were a thoughtful extra and left my lips feeling great!

I had a great experience having my lips done. I was very nervous and unsure of how my lips would turn out as I’d never had filler before, but once the initial swelling went down I was so happy. Alex made sure they were natural and everything I had asked for. She let me look during every step of the process and made sure I was happy with each step too. Would definitely recommend! X

Elena and her team have been fantastic from start to finish, I am so pleased I chose to come here. My recent stay in hospital was very comfortable, all the staff were friendly, caring and so helpful. My surgery date was changed from what was planned which initially was a little stressful. However the way it was handled was brilliant, every effort was made to find an alternative surgery date that suited me. Highly recommend for any aesthetics journey. After doing previous training by someone who doesn’t teach you right and just takes money , with no idea what they are doing them selves tbh the training was not up to standard. I was ready to quit . Till I spoke to Rita and gem at Deja vu they guided me through what’s going to happen in my training adventure with them and I’ve done most my training with them now . With the background behind then both professionally is also reason to train with them. My advice is don’t hang about book it ! Very informative, alway great people meet each time go train with them. Absolutely amazing come out with knowledge and guidance also after training added in groups they provide for support. Finally ready for moving forward and can’t thank you ladies enough.xx

I had my first ever lip filler with Craig at his clinic. I wanted them to look more hydrated & plump. I was so nervous as I really didn’t want them to look done. I felt very reassured after he explained the procedure to me & where he would inject. He was very comforting whist doing it, which mattered a lot to me. I am over the moon with the results, they look exactly as I hoped, just beautiful & natural!! Its clear he is very knowledgeable & ethical & I felt in safe hands with his practise. Sophie is fabulous, she is so kind, meticulous & never persuades you to go overboard with any treatment, she always recommends what she feels is best. And that honesty and transparency is not something you get everywhere. Not only that, but she is a master sculptor, she makes everything look so natural. She is so good with checking in on you post-treatment to see how you feel and if you’re happy, which I think shows how much she cares about her clients. First time having any kind of facial treatment ever. The booking system and questionnaire were easy to navigate. The clinic is very well located in central Bath and looks very professional. I felt very reassured during the treatment, the procedure was very well explained and the limits of what I could expect tactfully explained. Friends who are experienced botox receivers were impressed at how it was conducted, and were surprised that a follow up assessment session was included in the price. I and my partner are happy with the outcome.

First time having 3 areas of anti-wrinkle treatment with Eve. Great experience, answered all my questions. I like that Eve is a Nurse and has her prescribing qualification also. The clinics cleanliness is to a high standard and the booking system is simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend Eve, and I look forward to having more treatments administered by her.

Dr Mathewson was recommended to me by a friend and I am really glad I got in contact. She is warm and approachable and listens to what you are after and comes up with good suggestions how to tackle your “problem” areas. I had Botox treatments which were pain free and a lot less scary than I had anticipated! No doubt down to Dr Mathewson’s technique. It is hard to find someone who is trustworthy and knowing she has a medical background made me feel as though I was in safe hands.

Before the Botox was applied, Dr Kate talked me through what the process would involve and really took time to understand my personal needs and insecurities. When she actually applied the Botox she again explained every step she was taking so that I understood and felt comfortable. Compared to her, most of the previous practitioners I’ve seen now look like cowboys. She genuinely has your best interests at heart — she never tries to upsell products or treatments and always focuses on what will truly benefit you. What really sets Amanda apart is how much she educates you about your skin and long-term care, explaining everything clearly to help you achieve lasting, natural results.
