Elena and her team have been fantastic from start to finish, I am so pleased I chose to come here. My recent stay in hospital was very comfortable, all the staff were friendly, caring and so helpful. My surgery date was changed from what was planned which initially was a little stressful. However the way it was handled was brilliant, every effort was made to find an alternative surgery date that suited me. I am very pleased with my result so far and recovery has been smooth and straightforward. I would highly recommend Elena and the North Bristol Private Hospital.

Before the Botox was applied, Dr Kate talked me through what the process would involve and really took time to understand my personal needs and insecurities. When she actually applied the Botox she again explained every step she was taking so that I understood and felt comfortable. And that honesty and transparency is not something you get everywhere. Not only that, but she is a master sculptor, she makes everything look so natural. She is so good with checking in on you post-treatment to see how you feel and if you’re happy, which I think shows how much she cares about her clients. Me and my mum went to see Amelia for our first round of Botox for my wedding in April. We had a consultation on the phone where we worked back from my wedding day to make sure I had the right amount of sessions to be as effective as possible. Amelia’s place is lovely, she’s very warm and welcoming and does an amazing job of explaining all of the different areas of concern and how Botox works. She’s a qualified nurse which is one of the reasons we chose to have treatment with her, and you can tell she has the knowledge, expertise and takes pride in her business from all the extra little touches. Looking forward to seeing the results and for future sessions!

She is warm and approachable and listens to what you are after and comes up with good suggestions how to tackle your “problem” areas. I had Botox treatments which were pain free and a lot less scary than I had anticipated! No doubt down to Dr Mathewson’s technique. It is hard to find someone who is trustworthy and knowing she has a medical background made me feel as though I was in safe hands.

If you want someone truly skilled and trustworthy, Kate is the one.

Back in May 2018 I visited Dr Strawford and had 21 Moles removed on my back and face using radiosurgery. I was so impressed with the results. I wish I knew about this type of treatment before. She's always put me at ease during appointments, which is an achievement as I (used to) get so anxious about the dentist! I'm so pleased with all the dental work Kathryn has carried out, and excited for the remaining progress with my Invisalign I have joint problems, and Kathryn has done her own research to provide me with the best and most suitable dental care.

I have only ever come to see Dr. Sid, and I believe he is a genius. I have lip augmentation for symmetry due to a relatively minor accident as a child, causing my top lip to look slightly different one side. Dr. Sid is the only one who has given me perfect symmetry, and I still look natural. The only downside is that he isn't at Bristol all that often, so getting an appointment with him is best made ahead of time. I made that mistake before and learned that if you want to see the best; make sure to get the appointment pre booked for the next time. The clinic is clean and tidy. The staff are polite. Dr. Sid himself is very personable and an overall really cool guy!
