Went for my first ever lip filler consultation/appointment, Dr Hayley was lovely, warm and welcoming and made me feel very comfortable especially while talking in detail about the procedure. My results were instant and I couldn’t be happier with them it’s given me so much confidence and I couldn’t recommend courtyard clinic more! Thank you!

The Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic is fantastic in every way and we are so lucky to have this clinic on our little island! From the moment you walk in (the clinic is a beautiful space) to the moment you leave (excellent aftercare) you feel so welcome and reassured by the team’s warm, friendly and professional approach and I would never consider going anywhere else!! I’ve been so pleased with the results of all of my treatments at the clinic. The most recent was the Neogen experience. After two sessions I noticed a dramatic difference in my skin. I suffer with hormonal acne and since the second treatment the acne has completely disappeared. I find when applying makeup, especially foundation I get a much smoother, hydrated look. My skin has a lovely glow and tightness that it didn’t before. Thank you Dr Hayley for introducing me to this amazing treatment!

Having suffered from excruciating pain as a result of TMJ, I desperately needed treatment that would quickly and effectively alleviate the pain I was experiencing. Having googled “quick and effective treatment”, I learnt that Botox was 80% effective in treating TMJ pain. Knowing Dr Elsmore is a qualified doctor it gave me peace of mind that she would carry out my treatment to a high standard and she did exactly that. Within approximately three days of the Botox, I started noticing my symptoms were subsiding and the Botox was becoming effective and within four days, I was experiencing little to no pain. When I become stressed, I can feel my jaw wanting to clench tight, however, the muscles are so relaxed the clenching is no longer an issue for me. The Botox treatment to treat TMJ was the best decision I made. I now no longer feel anxious that if I do get stressed, pain will follow. It has really allowed me to relax. Anyone experiencing TMJ symptoms, I would highly recommend the Botox treatment as a method to manage the symptoms. Dr Elsmore is absolutely brilliant and I don’t know what I would have done without her brilliant service and treatment plan. The Courtyard Clinic is a real asset to the island and I would highly recommend Dr Elsmore and her team for high quality treatment.

Dr Hayley Elsmore. Is so lovely and helpful all procedures explained with plenty of time allowed to ask questions. Dr Elsmore is outstanding in her level of professionalism and expertise with the many treatments available at the clinic. All staff are so helpful and attentive. Nothing is too much trouble you are put at your ease as soon as you walk into the clinic which is beautifully designed and has a lovely relaxing ambience.

Amazing experience. I was researching the entire uk for a year due to facial paralysis before I went ahead and finally booked my consultation with Courtyard Aesthetic Clinic! And I am so happy I did! The clinic is beautiful, clean, comfortable and so calming ! From the initial contact with the lovely receptionist lady- who went above and beyond to help, I felt at ease! Dr Hayley was absolutely fantastic, she clearly explained everything and advised on the most appropriate treatments to achieve a more systematic face with complete honesty! At no point I felt under pressure to undergo or to agree to any procedures or pay there and then which gave me chance to think about the advice. Dr. Hayley is fantastic - her genuine care, attention to detail, and ability to listen goes unmatched. She always takes the time to check in on the results of previous treatments before proceeding and will only ever advise treatment she feels is suitable and safe, for natural looking results.
