Caroline was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions, making me feel at ease. I had botox and Caroline was incredibly skilled and knowledgeable. She explained the process in detail and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I appreciated her attention to detail and her commitment to achieving natural-looking results. The clinic itself is immaculate, equipped with the latest technology and a calming ambiance that made my visit enjoyable. I was also impressed with the range of services they offer, catering to various aesthetic needs. I have been visiting SDS Rejuvenate for several years now and each visit have been both professional and friendly. The atmosphere at the clinics in West Kirby and Heswall are very welcoming, modern and spotlessly clean. Ian and Sally have taken great care of me and ensured that I felt at ease during each step of my treatment. It has been particularly reassuring that both Doctors have a vast wealth of experience in general practice so I know that I am in safe hands. The results of my treatment have been fabulous as well as life changing, particularly Botox treatment which for me personally, has dramatically reduced episodes of migraine.

I had anti wrinkle treatment today aimed to help relieve my migraines. While i am yet to see if it makes a difference i wanted to leave a review. The staff are lovely and the Drs who treated me were brilliant, professional and friendly. Everything was explained to me in detail, any questions i had were answered and i was free to make a well informed choice about my treatment. They may charge more than other clinics or salons but in my opinion it is completely worth it as you are being treated by Doctors who have a lot more knowledge and experience. You are having a substance injected into your face after all! I feel that sometimes its all too easy to look at the lower prices as opposed to the treatment and who it is injecting. You get what you pay for and for me i would rather pay the extra and feel safe about my treatment. I was made to feel completely at ease during the injections and i mean it when i say they are no where near as bad as i anticipated. Thank you to all the staff, keep doing a great job! I will gladly return and highly recommended this clinic to my friends. They haven't won multiple awards for nothing!
