Dr Naz Clinics - Liverpool

I had filler treatment with Dr. Naz in late September and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Shortly after the procedure, I developed persistent swelling and puffiness under my eyes that did not resolve despite following all aftercare advice. When I contacted Dr Naz with photos and concerns, I was told the swelling was normal and advised to do lymphatic drainage massages, which made no difference. I later sought a second opinion from another medical practitioner who confirmed the issue was consistent with excess filler and/or poor placement technique. I ultimately had to have the filler dissolved elsewhere, which required multiple sessions and caused weeks of visible swelling, bruising, and distress. During my appointment with Dr Naz we started with 0.5ml in each cheek, I didn’t want more than that but Dr Naz suggested another 0.5ml in each cheek as I had swelling from the first injection. I was clearly unsure about this but I felt like she pushed to add more filler, despite acknowledging that it had already caused swelling. Communication and aftercare were also very poor. When complications continued and it was clear that I needed the filler dissolving, Dr Naz was about to leave for a two-week holiday, making appropriate follow-up care impossible. After I raised my concerns and requested a refund, she blocked me on WhatsApp and has since ignored my request for a refund to cover the cost of getting the filler dissolved elsewhere despite the clear evidence of complications and the corrective treatment required. Given the poor technique, lack of accountability, and dismissive approach to aftercare, I would not recommend this clinic for filler treatments.

I had a consultation and treatment with Dr Naz about a month ago. She listened to the concerns I had and recommended treatment options and gave me all the information in relation to these treatments. She was welcoming and professional and took the time to answer any questions I had. I found her to be really knowledgable. I had my treatments and am really happy with my results! I would highly recommend!

Dr Naz is so professional and a perfectionist. She really puts you at ease. I’m so pleased with my results. I like to look fresh and natural and Naz achieved this. She is also very gentle, which is so important. It’s the first time I’ve been able to comfortably have lip filler without a dental block, although a block is available if you wish.

I have been to Dr Naz several times and she is always professional, friendly and thorough. She explains everything clearly and gives opportunities to ask questions throughout. I know I can trust her to achieve natural looking results and feel in safe hands with her. I would definitely recommend Dr Naz!

Dr Naz has been amazing! I was so nervous about treatments and I had no idea where to start. We had a lovely consultation where we spoke about my concerns. She was honest and polite, explained I didn’t need all the things I thought I did so saved me from having unnecessary treatments. The treatments I have had have been beautifully done with natural looking results as I asked for. No pain and very little ‘recovery’ as Dr Naz is so gentle. I can’t recommend her enough!
