I will forever be grateful to Dr Abbas at Aberdeen POTS clinic for his willingness to investigate and treat my post-viral orthostatic intolerance, after other doctors refused to see me, told me there was no treatment for post-viral fatigue, and told me that my symptoms were psychosomatic. Thanks to Dr Abbas, I am now following a recumbent exercise protocol and am taking vasoconstrictive POTS medication, both of which have significantly improved my quality of life.
