Around my 39th birthday I made the decision to look into facial aesthetics for the first time. I am so glad that Laura was the person that I chose to speak to. From the initial consultation I was reassured by her medical background and obvious knowledge and expertise. At no point did I feel that she was trying to 'sell' or push any particular treatment on me. She took time to listen carefully to my concerns and explained to me in detail the variety of options available to me, from least to most invasive. She even advised against an expensive treatment that I had read about online. I love her ethos of looking at skincare and aesthetics as a collaborative process to achieve natural and lasting results over time, rather than just quick fixes. For a first timer I was apprehensive about the potential pain involved in the procedures I chose, however Laura has a great bedside manner and is clearly very skilled in what she does. We put together a schedule of treatments, building up natural looking results over time, alongside changes to my home skincare routine and the results have really been amazing- Thank you Laura :)

Back in January, I had filler done by a different practitioner in my home town. Unfortunately it didn't go the way I had hoped, so I searched for a practitioner who could resolve the issue. I found Alpha Clinic and got booked in with Jan. Jan was able to help me out straight away. She was so professional and understanding to the situation. Staff from front of house to Dr Sam herself are friendly and supportive. I was really nervous about going for my treatment but Sam made me feel at ease and is so knowledgable and professional at what she does. I’ve had such a positive experience with this clinic! From the receptionist to the doctors and the manager, the entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. I’ve never had a single issue and I always feel completely safe and in good hands. We are really pleased to have found this dental practise having moved back from the US. The professionalism and expertise is world class. There is a very positive vibe and a great feeling of friendly efficiency as soon as you enter the modern facility. The teeth cleaning procedures were very thorough using the latest airflow technology (extra cost over NHS) and my wife’s very expensive US made appliance needed adjustment which was very expertly done by the chief dentist Jeff. It’s good to know we are in such good hands this side of the pond.
