I wouldn’t recommend using this clinic for mole mapping. I booked mole mapping to give me some peace of mind (family history) for some suspicious moles and as I have hundreds of moles/freckles/spots I thought this would give me some reassurance whilst on the waiting list for dermatology NHS. I’d done a lot of research online and saw other clinics using specialist cameras take magnified photos of your whole body and any moles so they can be analysed for anything suspicious. This appointment my photos were just taken on an iPad and stored on map my mole (app), you cannot even see every mole on my body on the photos never mind any actual detail to them, they will be useless to compare to changes. The dermatologist did very briefly look over some moles with a microscope device but as this was so brief I didn’t feel I had the reassurance I was hoping for at a cost of £350. I could have taken the photos at home on the app myself to keep track of. I should have asked what technology they use instead of assuming it was like all the ones that are online but at a cost of £350 for less than 20 minutes I didn’t think it would be an iPad.

The worse place I have been in my life I visited them for one specific treatment and they didn’t wanna do that treatment because I was not needing it, they did over my face another different treatment (more adecuad for me), after spend more than £400 I get one course of 3 sessions treatment that didn’t do nothing in my face, absolutely nothing. After that fraude they wanted I’ll pay again for the treatment I was interested in my first visit. The more horrible thing was spend more than £400 for didn’t get any result. Absolutely I can’t recommend this clinic.

Tammy was very friendly, very professional and put me at ease. Tammy explained every aspect of what she was doing, whilst removing my stitches (following biopsy) and gave me very informative and helpful advice on scar care. Treatment to a very high professional standard. Would highly recommend.
