Emily is the best! She is a hidden gem in London Colney. I live locally however my friend's from North London have travelled up to see her because she is definitely worth the journey. She makes you feel so comfortable! She doesn't try an oversell which is amazing! I booked Wendy to remove a large skin tag which i had lived with for many years. Once I arrived, Wendy explained the procedure and verified her own qualifications to carry out removal of the skin tag. All this put me at ease , so much so i agreed to the treatment being done straightaway without hesitation. Everything was conducted in a very relaxed and re-assuring style beforehand and during the procedure which in itself was painless. A beautiful salon with beautiful staff. I have started my laser journey with Zelinda after a bad experience at a previous salon and I am so pleased that I have! Been seeing Laura for a while now .. had the worse skin and it made me feel so low , but with regular facials and the amazing ZO products my skin looks great and I feel so much more confident. I would highly recommend skin labs I’ve even got my teenage daughter going regularly and also got her using the ZO products.
