I had a great experience at Dr Shabnam’s clinic She was really friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. She made sure to take her time to evaluate my skin to ascertain what treatment would be most beneficial. I ended up going for a hydrafacial, which made such a big difference to my skin - I received so many compliments! Can’t recommend this clinic enough for all your beauty needs.

I saw Dr Dhanji for IV therapy, he was upmost professional, kind, caring and most importantly understanding. He was honest and thorough when discussing treatment plans and suggestions, I felt very comfortable and am happy to have been seen by Dr Dhanji.

I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. This is an extremely talented team of aestheticians. Their lasers and facial treatments give fantastic results and the botox and filler session I had with Dr Kam literally took years off my complexion. He has a unique eye for contour and improvement that most practitioners lack. This place is a must for rejuvination without surgery.

Then I met Dr Ali, a lovely patient man who answered all my questions & listened to my concerns, until we agreed on the best approach for me. Dr Ali carried out my treatment with real expertise. Dr mirza had a thorough consultation with me prior to my main appointment we decided to dissolve and re-start . I had my final appointment today we decided to keep my face as natural as possible with just "tweakments" to enhance what is already there. In the end I had some lip filler , cheek and chin . I've just had my second botox treatment with Chloe, she's great, explains what will be done and clearly manages expectations. I trust her implicitly as she is a fully qualified nurse so completely understands the treatments she is providing. I've had botox around the eyes and frown lines in between. I've also had fillers for lines around mouth area. I have recommended her to friends who have also been extremely pleased with her service.
