Excellent service. Sue is very professional and experienced for every individuals problems / concerns and deal accordingly. The laser hair removal treatment is awesome, painless, I feel like heaven and I should have done it years ago however it was not easy to find such professional staff after long research. My skin has improved throughout the sessions. The clinic is spotless. I highly recommended to my friends to have treatments here and I’ll never stop to do so.

I held off on writing this review until I could see the initial results of the treatment. I underwent an anti-wrinkle treatment with Dr. Nila. It was my very first anti-wrinkle treatment, and I was quite anxious. She was incredibly patient and explained everything to me. She also presented me with other options, but she never pressured me. Throughout the treatment, she was very gentle and helped me relax significantly. Additionally, she scheduled a follow-up appointment for two weeks later, which I didn't anticipate, but it made me feel like I was more than just a client. I will definitely return for more treatments with Dr. Nila. Although she occasionally works at the Richmond Clinic, I am so pleased with the results that I am willing to travel to Mayfair for her services. The Richmond Clinic is a very clean and peaceful place, and the receptionist was exceptionally nice, friendly, and helpful.
