I was extremely lucky to find this hidden gem. My treatment for roseau has reduce remarkably. Staff are very friendly and professional and made me feel at easy from the start.

Everyone seems to have had a great experience but I haven’t. I first visited Skin Rich for a hair removal consultation probably back in 2017. Farah recommended some products but I have skin sensitivities and wanted to look closely at the ingredients list before purchasing. I asked if she could write the list of products down but she refused to - it was obvious she was concerned I was going to buy them elsewhere. I wasn’t but it was a free consultation and I didn’t ask for any product recommendations and it all seemed very strange. I went ahead and had electrolysis and laser hair removal over a number of months. I was also buying products from them too. Frustratingly, mid-way through treatment I was then moved to the Barnes branch (not convenient for me at all) because the laser would apparently work better for me. Overall though, Karen, who was working there at the time, was friendly and skilled. Over the pandemic I wanted to support small businesses and bought two packages of facials from Skin Rich. The deal said “courses do not expire”, which was helpful (and the only reason I bought them) because there was then a second lockdown but I also had a lot going on in my personal/work life at the time. After around 2.5 years (admittedly a while but what felt like the pandemic black hole), I contacted the clinic to try and book the facials and Farah replied. She now said that the courses had a 12 month expiry but she would honour them but I had to get to them booked in ASAP. That’s not what it says in the original email which I still have. She clearly did not want to honour the treatments and only offered me weekday appointments, keen to get me in at the least popular, most off-peak time, and ignored my questions asking her to confirm what products/ingredients were used. They took £382.50 and I wasn’t ever able to use them.

Great professional service from Ilona in Barnes, where I have recently had laser hair treatment. Ilona was very friendly, calm and efficient. I have previously also seen Farah in Richmond, who is also very professional and did a fantastic job! Would highly recommend Skin Rich and the team!
