I made an appointment with Mel after googling skincare for my excema and inflamed skin. The appointment couldn't have been more helpful, Mel takes a lot of information from you regarding your current skincare routine and products, looks at your skin thoroughly using specialist equipment then advises you accordingly. There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you. I have been undergoing Invisalign treatment at UR Smile in Tilehurst for about 18 mths and I could not be happier with my experience. Ubaid has been amazing from start to finish. He is incredibly thorough and always takes the time to make sure everything is progressing exactly as it should. He even has me come in for every new aligner, which most practices do not do, and that extra attention has made a huge difference. My case was very complex with a cross-bite, an over-bite, and extensive misalignment. I am now almost at the end of my treatment and the results are awesome.
