I've been visiting the Aspire clinic on & off over the years, but hands down, this is the best place around. All the staff are amazing, and very big shout out too Gigi, whose expertise and professionalism are are second to none

I would not recommend this clinic. Please be careful as to what you sign and get yourself into when you walk into Aspire! I have spent almost £5000 at Aspire, but I have seen very little if no results. The first treatment (Morpheus) wasn't right for me and caused me just pain and stress. Jenny, the director, would not accept any responsibility nor refund me the rest of the money. She insisted that I go for different treatments instead, using up the credit on my account. I had lost all faith in Aspire at that point, and would have wanted to leave the whole experience behind me, but I still had about £3000 left on the account and couldn't just walk away. I have since had several other reatments, mostly facials and peels, just so that I could spend the rest of the money. Such a waste of my time and money! The last treatment I had (Lumecca) was to remove dark spots from my hands. I was told this is very effective and works well in most cases. However, I can't say that I saw much improvement from Lumecca, as many of the dark spots are still very much visible, especially on my left hand. When I made Aspire aware, they offered to continue with the sessions, but at an additional cost (so on top of the £5000 I had already paid them overall!). I found that very unhelpful and unfair, especially as another well renowned and acclaimed clinic in the Berkshire area, with in house dermatologists and doctors (where Aspire has none) charges 1/2 of the price Aspire charges for a similar treatment. I do urge anyone who is reading this (thank you for taking the time) to be very cautious with Aspire if you do decide to use them. Having now seen Aspire's reply, I need to add that Aspire only showed any real interest in my 'predicament' after I posted this review. They contacted me immediately trying to get me to remove the review, because it affected their rating. They had no concern in how they could improve my experience at all. They don't go over and beyond anything to make their customers happy, they certainly didn't do that for me. The alleged dermatologists they use were never made known to me, I had to go to a dermatologist privately to have an opinion regarding the safe removal of my lesions. The other clinic I mentioned I am already a client of, and they have committed to not charge me one single penny extra for improvements, contrarily to Aspire. The Morpheus treatment I underwent with Aspire was painful, not just uncomfortable, and any clinician with a duty of care towards her patient should have stopped the treatment or reduced the intensity. The treatment was not effective, despite Jenny straining her eyes looking at the before and after photos trying to convince me that the skin looked tighter!

It's hard to find someone to trust and is professional for small jobs on your body outside of the NHS and also not in the super overpriced private health business where just a consultation can cost upwards on £300 ( Before treatment, l) . I had a Keratosis mole (harmless) removed from my face near my ear. It grows back every 5 years. GG used a laser to remove it. After 5 weeks the result is very good (See picture). In fact better than when I had it removed by a GP with a scalpel. GG was a good laugh, great with the risk assessment at the start, explaining the procedure and aftercare call and advice. They are based in the Reading football stadium (Madjeski). Parking is free. Recommended. Bring a joke when you go.
