I went to Dr Andy and Dr Andrew for advice on how to slow the progress of my frown lines and they were beyond helpful. Both in-person and online, they spent time to answer all of my questions carefully and made sure that the advice they gave was addressing my specific concern areas. Treatment-wise they were so professional, the clinic was immaculate and I felt safe and very well looked after throughout and at follow ups. I first met Rachel and Diane as a sixty year old botox virgin. Recomended by my haridresser and friend of 30 years. They both made me feel welcome and at ease. I have had several treatments over a few years and my daughter also has treatment with them. I cannot express how professional these ladies are. Also can't express how much we laugh (sometimes cry) together. I attended my botox checkup last week and all, as usual was well. I wanted to book for another treatment only to be told I wasn't due for another few months. Not only did Rachel refuse to do the treatment but she explained in layman terms why it would be a detrament to me to have it! How many of these so called "expert" competitors would act with such integrity? Only sad 5 stars is all I can give as they both deserve more!!!
