I finally grew a pair (of big girl pants, obvs 😉) and booked my SLA refresh. I was greeted by two absolute angels. Lydia and her trusty sidekick Laura (thanks Abbey😉) Their professionalism, kindness and ability to put me at ease the moment I walk through the door was impressive. Post treatment, slightly tender in a few areas, Lips, I won’t lie it did sting a little, and the’re a tad sore today but nothing a few ice lollies can’t handle. Treatment? Fantastic. Experience? Even better… First-time meeting Laura & Lydia, but I left feeling like I'd gained two new BFFs 👯 That kind of personalised care & attention is like finding a needle in a haystack (or a decent Wi-Fi signal 🤣). 10/10 Would recommend xx"

I had a wonderful hydra facial with Jayde, who was incredibly professional and made the whole experience relaxing and enjoyable - my skin felt amazing afterwards! The entire team at the clinic is warm and welcoming, creating a lovely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. As always, such a lovely experience on my recent visit! I’ve been coming to SLA for many years now and I always travel from Birmingham as I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my treatment! I feel so comfortable every time and I am always beyond happy with the results! I honestly can’t recommend the clinic enough.
