I had my Endolift treatment with Dr Vahe and the results are incredible. The clinic is outstanding — professional, welcoming, and truly knowledgeable. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and highly recommend Dr Vahe to anyone considering this treatment.

I had an amazing experience at Injectual Shoreditch this afternoon. Zain spent loads of time discussing the treatment and my skin concerns generally and it was painless. The LED mask at the end was a real treat - I honestly fell asleep and want one of the chairs (so comfy!) the receptionist was also lovely - just a great experience all round, I’ll definitely be back! Thank you! 🙏🏻

I had a HydraFacial with Jazzie at Ambra Clinic, and it was such a lovely experience. The treatment left my skin feeling clean, fresh, and glowing. Jazzie truly listened to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and gave me personalised skincare advice with a long-term plan to improve my skin. For the first time, I felt genuinely cared for and supported. I’m so happy I finally found an aesthetic therapist I can trust. Highly recommend Jazzie at Ambra Clinic.

I have attended Els clinic twice this year for Microblading treatment and follow up. El is professional, extremely friendly and puts you at ease while telling you what is going to happen at each part of the procedure. After loosing my eyebrows while going through the Menopause I lost my confidence, which I have now gained back with beautiful new eyebrows. Wished I done it sooner!

For several years I have been seeing Dr Jasmin for Botox. I am a woman in her fifties and have been to see a few Doctors. Some quite well known. I have never come across a Doctor who is so completely consistent, skilled, experienced, thorough and knowledgeable. Dr Jasmin is also very kind and patient. It’s a bonus that her beautifully designed clinic is by far the best I have been to.

Dr Sindhu is absolutely incredible at what she does. She makes you feel so comfortable and explains everything so clearly and always takes the time to work out exactly what is right for you. I've seen an enormous improvement in the quality of my skin and acne scarring since having Morpheus 8 and am so pleased with the results. The team are so lovely and clinic is so beautiful! After spending over 2 years on manual tablet and topical spray treatments, with quite a lot of cost but little to no progress and constant shedding, I finally decided to try exosomes. Just 8 weeks in and I’ve already noticed steady progress. The changes so far have been encouraging, and I honestly can’t wait to see the full results at the 6-month mark.

Dr Mirali Aesthetics is extremely knowledgeable and I completely trust her advice and aftercare instructions. She is professional, kind, and very detailed in her approach, which makes the whole process reassuring and positive.

Absolutely thrilled!
I’d wanted to try laser hair removal for ages but was worried it might be painful, ineffective, or cause some kind of reaction. All my doubts completely disappeared after visiting this clinic.

Huge thanks to Kateryna, the Instagram manager, for explaining everything so clearly — from the procedure to the prices. She shared so much useful information and was incredibly professional.

And Viktoria, who did my treatment — she’s unbelievably kind and, most importantly, an outstanding specialist. She works with such ease and confidence, pays great attention to detail, and makes you feel totally comfortable throughout the session.

I’ll definitely be continuing my course here. Couldn’t recommend them enough! 💖

I recommend El for Eyebrow Microblading. I hadn't done anything like this before so I chose to go with the (paid for) Consultation appointment in advance of having the treatment. During the consultation El described the treatment and drew with an eyebrow pencil what my eyebrows would look like and took photos for me to take away. That gave me time to think it over (it took me months) before booking my treatment appointment. As others have said in their reviews, El is very professional and takes good care of you during the treatment. I'm very happy with the results, I think my 'new' eyebrows make a difference to how I look and, for me, it was worth the investment. One tip, be sure to carefully check the location and allow plenty of time to get there, it's close to Canary Wharf but the first time I wasn't sure exactly how to find the place, so I recommend allowing extra time.

Dr. Sarah Shah & Polynucleotide Treatments at Artistry Clinic — Simply Fabulous!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sarah Shah and the incredible team at Artistry Clinic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I always feel welcomed, listened to, and completely confident that I am in good hands!

I recently had Polynucleotide treatments with Dr. Shah, and the results have been fabulous!

Dr. Shah has such a natural talent for aesthetics — she combines medical precision with a genuine artistic eye, ensuring results that look beautifully refreshed and completely natural. She took the time to explain how polynucleotides work to rejuvenate the skin from within, stimulating collagen and elastin for long-term results rather than a quick fix.

The treatment itself was comfortable and surprisingly relaxing, with minimal downtime. Within days, I noticed my skin looking plumper and smoother, and over the following weeks, the glow just kept improving. I’ve received so many compliments — friends keep saying I look “rested” and “fresh,” which is exactly what I was hoping for.

What truly sets Dr. Sarah Shah apart is her warmth, honesty, and artistry. She tailors every treatment to your individual needs and makes you feel completely cared for from start to finish.

If you’re considering skin rejuvenation or simply want to invest in your skin’s long-term health, I can’t recommend Dr. Sarah Shah and the Artistry Clinic enough. The polynucleotide treatment is a total game-changer — subtle, natural, and absolutely fabulous.

Dr. Tony Neu Clinic is absolutely amazing. He took the time to really listen to all my concerns and advised me on a tailored treatment plan. Even after the very first treatment, I noticed a significant improvement , the results are truly incredible.

He is extremely polite, highly professional, detail-oriented, and most importantly, patient and humble. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has age-related concerns, volume loss, or simply wants to achieve the same youthful look they once had.

After years of bruxism and a lot of research, I finally decided to get masseter botox. I was very anxious about it but Dr Mirali really put me at ease throughout the whole time. She will start with a consultation and also to explain thoroughly about the procedure and after care. The procedure itself took no time at all and she took great care in doing it. 2 weeks in and I can already feel the difference and I don’t feel the tension in my jaw that I used to and have stopped grinding my teeth at night (!!) Thanks Dr Mirali. I would highly recommend.

Miri was so patient and kind whilst we were designing the shape as I’ve been drawing them for 25 years it’s hard to deviate from the shape I know vs the right shape for my face. This took some time I felt completely relaxed I unrushed and in Miri’s safe and expert hands. They look so natural. Thank you Miri

I found them online and contacted them. I just had some treatment done at Harley Street Medics and it was great. I had a hair transplant done in Istanbul but I wanted more fuller hair. I was then told about Exosomes hair treatment. After having an online consultation with Dr Ahmed he worked out a plan for me and his professional advice knowing I was in good hands as he’s been doing it for over 20 years I was at the right place . Really good professional advice and treatment Highly recommend

I’ve been losing my hair and I was told about Exsormes hair treatment . I’ve started my treatment with Harley Street Medics and i can see it’s slowly making a difference, everyone around me and me personally I can see a big change despite the fact that it’s happening slowly. Very professional and clean, highly recommend for any treatment no other clinics have actually helped me this is the first time seeing results physically not just by “predictions” or “possible results”. I would recommend them.

FAQs

Exosome hair therapy is an advanced regenerative treatment for hair loss that uses exosomes, tiny extracellular vesicles naturally released by cells, to stimulate hair follicle regeneration and promote hair growth. Exosomes are nano-sized particles (30 to 150 nanometres) that contain growth factors, proteins, lipids and genetic material (RNA) that facilitate cell-to-cell communication and tissue regeneration. Exosomes used in hair therapy are typically derived from stem cells, often mesenchymal stem cells from sources such as umbilical cord, bone marrow, adipose tissue or plant-based sources; they are processed and purified to concentrate the regenerative signalling molecules; and they contain potent growth factors including VEGF, FGF, PDGF and others that stimulate hair follicles. How exosome hair therapy works involves the exosomes being injected or applied to the scalp; they penetrate and communicate with hair follicle cells; they deliver growth factors and signalling molecules directly to follicles; they stimulate dormant follicles to re-enter the growth phase; they promote angiogenesis (new blood vessel formation) improving follicle nutrition; and they reduce inflammation that can contribute to hair loss. The treatment is used for androgenetic alopecia (male and female pattern hair loss); thinning hair and reduced hair density; hair loss following stress or illness; and as an adjunct to other hair restoration treatments including PRP and hair transplants. Exosome therapy represents the cutting edge of regenerative hair treatments, building on the principles of PRP therapy but potentially offering more concentrated and targeted regenerative signalling.

In London, the price of Hair Exosomes typically ranges from around £400 to £4750, but costs vary between clinics. Local factors that influence how much Hair Exosomes costs in London include the product strength and formulation used, whether you need a single session or a course, the extent of scalp coverage, and the practitioner’s experience. When checking the price of Hair Exosomes in London, compare what follow-up care and assessment are included as these affect the overall cost of Hair Exosomes overall. You can find the exact, up-to-date price for this treatment in the catalogue

Exosome therapy for hair loss appears to be safe based on current clinical experience and emerging research, though it is a relatively new treatment and long-term safety data is still being accumulated. The treatment has a favourable safety profile with minimal reported adverse effects. Safety considerations supporting exosome use include that exosomes are naturally occurring biological particles involved in normal cell communication; they are acellular, meaning they do not contain whole cells that could cause rejection; the treatment is minimally invasive, using injections similar to PRP; no serious adverse events have been reported in published studies; and the regenerative approach works with the body's natural processes. Common side effects are generally mild and temporary, including injection site discomfort, redness and tenderness; mild swelling at treatment sites; temporary scalp sensitivity; minor bruising at injection points; and these typically resolve within 24 to 48 hours. Current limitations in safety data relate to exosome hair therapy being relatively new with limited long-term studies; regulatory frameworks still developing in many countries; variability in exosome products and sourcing affecting quality; and the need for more large-scale clinical trials. To maximise safety, choose reputable practitioners using quality-controlled exosome products; ensure the clinic can verify their exosome source and processing; discuss the current evidence and limitations openly; disclose full medical history including autoimmune conditions; and understand this is an emerging treatment with evolving evidence. While early results are promising and safety appears good, patients should understand that exosome therapy is at the forefront of regenerative medicine with less extensive long-term data than established treatments.

Exosomes show promising potential to regrow hair by stimulating dormant follicles and promoting the hair growth cycle, though results vary and the treatment works best when follicles are still present but inactive rather than completely absent. Understanding realistic expectations helps assess whether exosome therapy is appropriate for your situation. How exosomes promote hair regrowth involves delivering concentrated growth factors directly to hair follicles; stimulating dormant follicles to re-enter the anagen (growth) phase; promoting proliferation of dermal papilla cells essential for hair growth; enhancing blood supply to follicles through angiogenesis; reducing inflammation that can impair follicle function; and supporting overall follicle health and hair cycle regulation. Clinical evidence and results show emerging studies demonstrating increased hair density and thickness; improvements in hair count in treated areas; enhanced results when combined with other treatments like PRP or minoxidil; and patient satisfaction with visible improvement in many cases. What exosomes can realistically achieve includes reactivating dormant but living follicles; improving hair density in thinning areas; increasing hair thickness and quality; slowing or stabilising progressive hair loss; and enhancing results of other hair restoration treatments. What exosomes cannot do includes regrowing hair in completely bald areas where follicles are permanently gone; reversing extensive long-standing baldness; replacing the need for hair transplant in advanced cases; or providing permanent results without maintenance. Exosome therapy works best for early to moderate hair thinning rather than complete baldness; when started before significant follicle loss occurs; as part of comprehensive hair restoration approach; and with realistic expectations about gradual improvement.

You should wait at least 6 to 12 hours before washing your hair after exosome treatment, with many practitioners recommending waiting 24 hours for optimal absorption and results. The waiting period allows the exosomes to fully penetrate the scalp and begin their regenerative work. General post-treatment hair washing guidelines recommend waiting a minimum of 6 to 12 hours before any water contact; ideally waiting 24 hours for best results; avoiding hot water for the first 48 hours when you do wash; using gentle, sulphate-free shampoo for the first week; and avoiding vigorous scrubbing or massage of the scalp initially. The reason for waiting is that exosomes need time to penetrate and be absorbed by scalp tissue; washing too soon may dilute or remove the treatment; the injection sites need time to close; and allowing full absorption maximises treatment efficacy. When you do wash your hair after the waiting period, use lukewarm rather than hot water; apply shampoo gently without aggressive rubbing; avoid scratching or picking at any injection sites; pat dry rather than vigorous towel rubbing; and skip styling products for 24 to 48 hours. Additional post-treatment care includes avoiding swimming pools, saunas and steam rooms for 48 to 72 hours; minimising sweating from exercise for 24 to 48 hours; avoiding direct sun exposure on the scalp; not applying any scalp treatments or serums unless directed; and following your specific practitioner's aftercare instructions. Your practitioner may have specific recommendations based on the particular exosome product used and their protocol, so always follow their personalised guidance over general advice.

Exosomes show promising effectiveness for hair loss treatment, with emerging clinical evidence and patient outcomes supporting their ability to stimulate hair growth and improve hair density. However, as a relatively new therapy, the evidence base is still developing compared to more established treatments. Evidence supporting exosome effectiveness includes clinical studies demonstrating increased hair count and density; improvements in hair thickness and quality; high patient satisfaction rates in reported series; scientific rationale based on known growth factor mechanisms; and favourable comparisons with PRP in some studies. What makes exosomes potentially effective is their concentrated delivery of growth factors; ability to communicate directly with follicle cells; promotion of angiogenesis improving follicle blood supply; anti-inflammatory effects benefiting scalp health; and stimulation of dormant follicles. Exosomes appear to work best for androgenetic alopecia (pattern hair loss) in early to moderate stages; diffuse thinning where follicles are present but weakened; hair loss following stress, illness or hormonal changes; enhancing results of other treatments like PRP or transplants; and maintaining results after hair transplantation. Factors affecting whether exosomes work for you include the stage and type of hair loss; how many viable follicles remain; your overall health and healing capacity; consistency with treatment protocol; and use of adjunctive treatments. Realistic expectations are important because exosomes provide gradual improvement over months rather than immediate results; multiple treatments are typically needed; results vary between individuals; maintenance treatments help sustain improvement; and they are most effective when follicles are still present. Current limitations include the need for more large-scale clinical trials; variability in exosome products affecting outcomes; relatively short follow-up periods in studies; and regulatory frameworks still evolving.

Exosome hair therapy results typically last 12 to 18 months before maintenance treatments are recommended, though individual duration varies based on factors including the underlying cause of hair loss, treatment protocol and individual response. The improvement achieved represents real regeneration, but ongoing maintenance helps sustain optimal results. Timeline of exosome therapy results shows initial improvements becoming visible at 2 to 3 months; continued enhancement through 6 to 9 months; optimal results typically visible at 9 to 12 months; and results maintained for 12 to 18 months before gradual decline. Why results are not permanent relates to the underlying causes of hair loss (such as androgenetic alopecia) continuing; natural hair cycling meaning follicles go through growth and rest phases; ongoing hormonal influences affecting hair; and the gradual decline of stimulated regenerative effects over time. Factors affecting how long results last include the type and cause of hair loss; your age and overall health; genetic factors influencing hair loss progression; lifestyle factors including stress, nutrition and sleep; use of adjunctive treatments like minoxidil or finasteride; and adherence to maintenance protocols. To maximise longevity of results, follow any prescribed supportive treatments; maintain healthy lifestyle supporting hair health; protect scalp from sun damage; manage stress which can affect hair; eat balanced diet with adequate protein and nutrients; and schedule maintenance treatments before results significantly fade. Maintenance treatment recommendations typically suggest treatments every 9 to 12 months for optimal maintenance; some people benefit from more frequent touch-ups; ongoing treatment plans should be discussed with your practitioner; and maintenance needs may decrease over time with consistent treatment. The regenerative effects of exosomes create real improvement in follicle health, but addressing underlying causes and maintaining results requires ongoing attention.

Exosome hair therapy takes 3 to 6 months to show visible hair growth, with optimal results developing over 9 to 12 months. The timeline reflects the natural hair growth cycle and the biological processes of follicle regeneration that exosomes stimulate. The hair growth timeline after exosome treatment shows that during weeks 1 to 4, exosomes begin stimulating follicle cells and initiating regenerative processes, with no visible change yet as this is the cellular activation phase. During months 1 to 2, follicles begin transitioning into the anagen (growth) phase; early cellular changes occur; reduced hair shedding may be noticed; and visible new growth is not yet apparent. During months 2 to 3, early signs of new hair growth may appear; fine vellus hairs may emerge in treated areas; existing hair may appear healthier; and initial improvements become noticeable. During months 3 to 6, visible improvement in hair density becomes apparent; new hair continues to grow and mature; hair thickness and quality improve; and significant changes become noticeable. During months 6 to 12, continued maturation of new hair growth occurs; hair reaches fuller thickness and length; optimal results develop; and improvements stabilise. Why hair growth takes time relates to the hair growth cycle taking months for follicles to progress through phases; stimulated follicles need time to produce visible hair; new hairs start fine and gradually thicken; and biological regeneration cannot be rushed. Factors affecting growth timeline include the extent of hair loss and follicle health; individual response to treatment; concurrent use of other hair loss treatments; overall health and nutrition; and adherence to post-treatment recommendations. Patience is essential, as judging exosome treatment results too early leads to disappointment. The treatment initiates biological processes that take months to manifest as visible hair growth.

Most people require 3 to 4 exosome treatments for optimal hair restoration results, with sessions typically spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart during the initial treatment phase. The exact number depends on the severity of hair loss, individual response and treatment goals. Initial treatment protocol typically involves 3 to 4 sessions spaced 4 to 6 weeks apart; this concentrated series provides cumulative stimulation; each treatment builds upon the previous regenerative effects; and completing the full course is important for optimal results. Treatment recommendations by hair loss severity show that mild thinning may respond to 2 to 3 treatments; moderate hair loss typically requires 3 to 4 treatments; more significant thinning may benefit from 4 or more treatments; and very advanced loss may need combination approaches. Factors affecting treatment number include the stage and extent of hair loss; the underlying cause, whether androgenetic, telogen effluvium, or other; individual response to initial treatments; treatment goals and expectations; and whether combining with other therapies. After the initial treatment course, maintenance treatments help sustain results; typically recommended every 9 to 12 months; some people benefit from more frequent maintenance; and ongoing protocol should be discussed based on your response. Combination approaches may involve combining exosomes with PRP for enhanced results; using alongside minoxidil or finasteride; incorporating as part of post-transplant care; and these combinations may affect the number of exosome sessions needed. Single treatments versus courses show that while a single exosome treatment may provide some benefit, completing a full treatment course provides significantly better, longer-lasting results. The cumulative effect of multiple sessions optimises follicle stimulation and regeneration. Your practitioner will recommend a personalised treatment plan based on assessment of your hair loss and goals.

Before exosome hair therapy, people typically have noticeable hair thinning with visible scalp showing through; receding hairline or widening part line; reduced hair density and coverage; finer, weaker hair quality than previously; progressive hair loss causing concern; and frustration with other treatments not providing desired results. These concerns often significantly impact confidence and prompt people to seek advanced regenerative treatments like exosomes. After exosome hair therapy, following completion of a recommended treatment course (typically 3 to 4 sessions over 3 to 4 months) and allowing adequate time for hair growth (assessed at 6 to 12 months), most appropriate candidates experience noticeable improvements. Common results include increased hair density with better scalp coverage; improved hair thickness and quality; new hair growth in thinning areas; stronger, healthier-appearing hair; slowed or stabilised hair loss progression; and restored confidence about hair appearance. The improvement timeline during weeks 1 to 4 shows no visible change as cellular regeneration begins; during months 1 to 2, reduced shedding may be noticed; during months 2 to 4, early signs of new growth and improved hair quality appear; during months 4 to 6, visible improvement in density becomes apparent; and during months 6 to 12, optimal results develop with continued maturation of new hair. The degree of improvement depends on the stage of hair loss, with early intervention showing better results; the number of viable follicles remaining; individual response to exosome therapy; completion of full treatment protocol; use of adjunctive treatments; and overall health and lifestyle factors. Before and after expectations should be realistic: exosomes provide gradual, natural-looking improvement; results vary significantly between individuals; the treatment cannot regrow hair where follicles are permanently lost; maintenance treatments are needed to sustain results; and combining with other treatments often enhances outcomes. Most satisfied patients are those with realistic expectations about gradual improvement; early to moderate hair loss with viable follicles; commitment to completing the full treatment course; and understanding that ongoing maintenance supports long-term results. Exosome therapy represents an exciting advancement in hair restoration, offering regenerative potential that may exceed traditional treatments for appropriate candidates.
