This was my first session getting Hyper-Realism Brows, and I’m so glad I booked with Miri. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and made me feel completely at ease with her structured and thorough consultation. I felt I was in excellent hands throughout the procedure and was pleasantly surprised by how gentle it was. Although this was just the first phase of the treatment, I’m already so impressed with the results and can’t wait to see the final outcome!

I have been going to Tracie Giles now for over 10 years and have remained loyal due to the high quality service. My brows always heal perfectly and every technician I have had, have always ensured I am happy with the shape before I leave. We have changed shape and styles through the years. On this occasion I didn’t realise a product I use contains retinol, which you are advised to stop using. Rosie noticed a difference with the pigment being accepted into the skin and advised a different aftercare care, and also that a top up may be required. They have however healed perfectly but I always appreciate their honest advice and concern. I will never go anywhere else! :) Jay

Tracie Giles is the place to go for permanent makeup. I had a lip blush and I’m really happy with the results. Tracie herself is an expert facialist and really knows her products and what suits you best. The staff are just lovely and helpful too.

I always have such a good experience here. From the semi permanent make up to aesthetics with Tracie herself. She is such a talented practitioner and one can feel the passion for the profession projected by her. Procedures are performed with utmost care and skill in hygienic environments. The front staff are polite, respectful and professional. Most of all, the end results always, always exceed my expectations! As far as facial aesthetics go I would say this is the best there is in the industry.
