A great clinic. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a good range of treatments. I had a body treatment with Becky and she was very knowledgeable and kind.

Absolutely amazing team! When I phoned up today, I had little hope that we get care we needed. The receptionist surprised me by immediately setting up an appointment for my 3-year-old autistic son, who was going to the dentist for the first time. Thank you for fitting us in when we needed it the most 😊 The dentist was also absolutely fantastic and very professional. He did everything he could to help my distressed boy calm down in order to be checked. Thank you all. If there were more than 5 stars, I would definitely rewarded you more 😊

Excellent! Dr Angelo Zavattini and Nurse Carla are lovely people, friendly, kind and professional. I was not looking forward to the treatment, but my fears were unfounded. Dr Angelo used state of art high tech equipment, explained every step, was very gentle and worked miracles on my tooth. He and Carla worked together very well. I would highly recommend Dr Angelo, Carla and the Sanford Clinic.

I saw Dr Tarika Maher. I am a nervous patient and she was wonderfully patient, extremely gentle and explained everything to me clearly. It's hard to enjoy a dental appointment but I truly did on this occasion. I need to return for a root canal and can honestly say I'm not worried about my appointment like I usually am. I traveled all the way from Germany to see Dr. Abimbola in London – and it was absolutely worth it. She took an impressive amount of time to examine me thoroughly, explained every detail with great clarity, and made me feel truly cared for throughout the entire consultation. Dr. Abimbola is not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also a warm, compassionate, and attentive doctor who clearly works with great passion and dedication. I felt seen, understood, and supported – something that is unfortunately rare to find these days. I left the clinic with a sense of hope and trust, and I’m deeply grateful for her expertise and kindness. Highly recommended!

I am so glad that I didn’t have to fly out to get the hair transplant done. I have had few consultations here in the UK and pretty much all of them offered me a date within few days but when I met with Dr. Shaan for a free consultation, the first question he asked was if I still have an active hair loss… if so, we need to treat that first and that was the selling point for me to go with Royal Wharf Clinic because that demonstrated that he cares and not there to just print money :0) whereas none of the other clinics asked me that and made me feel like I am just another client. I finally had a Hair transplant for maybe bit more expensive than abroad but given what I got in the package is absolutely fantastic. I went for the premium package (totally worth it). I had a pick & drop from home (great help), off course the FUE procedure, Lunch, 4 x PRP’s + Biotin, complimentary T-shit & Tracksuit, medication + post-op care kit, 4 x follow up consultations with Dr. Shaan which was the key for me. Some of my friends got it done abroad and struggled with after care. There is so much you need to know post procedure and the most, mental satisfaction to know that if something goes wrong, you can drive up to the clinic. My experience on the day was way better than I anticipated. The entire staff went above and beyond to ensure everything goes smoothly and accordingly to the plan. They ensured my comfort (as it can be bit painful) and made me feel like I am in save hands. Netflix & music was a plus on the day, it takes your mind away from what’s going around your, as lying down for 7-8 hours straight is not easy :0). I cannot praise enough Dr. Shaan, Dr. Mansi, Technician Indra & others for the care and support they have provided to me through out. I also got to meet the managing director (Sunny) on the day and was very impressed by his humbleness & professionalism. It has been 3 months since I had the procedure & I am very pleased with the outcome & few follow ups since. I would 100% recommend this clinic.

I have been going to see Dr Kim for the last 5 years. I have had many different treatments, starting with chin filler. My chin was basically non-existent before! I have had other treatments such as mid-face filler, lip filler and skin treatments for my acne scarring. She is an absolute expert at what she does and no one ever guesses that I have had anything done because it’s all so natural. I cannot fault Dr Kim at all, she always reassures my worries about any treatment and is genuinely a lovely person. I trust her completely and she has let me know many times treatments that I do not need when they are pushed on social media. I have never felt any pressure to receive anything more than what I have asked for. I am so much more confident and happy with my appearance since seeing her. You will not find anyone more qualified, safer or kinder than Dr Kim.

Marion is highly professional, personable and has expert knowledge across the board. Marion has dealt with all of my skin issues. I showed Marion a mark on my arm and she advised me to have it looked at and I'm so glad I did. I ended up requiring a biopsy. So, not only does Marion take care of my face, but her sharp attentiveness helped me from needing drastic treatment on my arm. Marion has a deft touch when she works on my face and she knows how to make you feel comfortable and safe. I love how knowledgeable Marion is about knew what kind of skincare would suit me. I trust her completely. Marion is a pleasure to visit and genuinely cares about her clients. I recommend her highly. Marion is one of a kind.

London quality in Medway! I was looking for a local aesthetics for ages and luckily came across SKIN Lounge. I had been to a couple of local salons but they wasn’t as professional or as high quality as my experiences in London, but it was too far and time consuming for me to go there often. Skin Lounge definitely has the highest quality treatments and staff. I have had microneedling, laser hair removal and the iPixel, all of which I have been guided through properly and been able to make my own mind up with no pressure. Their app and loyalty scheme is super handy and they do great deals often.

Sally is so friendly and helpful, I cannot recommend her enough. I have had a few different treatments with Sally and trust her completely. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Ever since I read a daily mail article about rogue beauticians I've been really careful who I use. There's a lot of fake 'beauty therapists' out there with no real qualifications. Now I only use Dr Hammond, she's a fully licensed GMC registered doctor, she's professional and my appointments always run on time. Also, I tell her exactly how I want my treatments and she always delivers. 10/10 would recommend!
