Going somewhere new for a treatment can be quite daunting. Sandbanks Clinic was recommended by a friend and a great experience from the start. Easy to park and so friendly as you walk in the door, which makes you feel at ease straight away. My appointment was with Jessica who I warmed to from the moment I met her. Her passion and knowledge, is outstanding on Botox, she really studies your face and explains what area needs to be tweaked and why. Taking small steps to create subtle changes was her main priority. My pain threshold is zilch, Jessica showed so much empathy, placing ice on the area and checking I was comfortable throughout my treatment. I have no hesitation on returning and would highly recommend Sandbanks Clinic.

I had the best experience with RKB Aesthetics. I first booked in for a consultation session as I’ve never had anything done before. The clinic is immaculately clean and inviting. Dr Rory was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and answered all my many questions with patience and reassurance - it was by no means a sales pitch, he is honest and the process is entirely patient led. I decided to book in for Botox and I am thrilled with my results. I was a little nervous beforehand but Dr Rory and Lou made me feel totally at ease, the procedure was painless as Dr Rory was so gentle. I will definitely be back for more Botox and other procedures. Dr Awad is a really professional and lovely person. She spends a long time explaining the procedure and ensuring you are aware of the correct aftercare. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her Botox treatment. I’ve had fabulous results and am very happy.

I initially went to Dr Emma for help to prevent jaw grinding. Emma prescribed botox injections which were painless. I’m thrilled to say this worked and I no longer grind my teeth so pain in my jaw and face has gone. I was so impressed by Emma’s knowledge and care that I had further treatments to smooth my jaw line and mouth area. Sooo happy with the results! Clearly much smoother but natural looking, subtle changes. Emma spent lots of time talking me through my treatment plan. I have never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions or having more treatments. Emma is guided by me and what bothers me then offers solutions for me to consider and choose from.
