I visited skinox just short of 2 weeks ago, im 37 now and showing signs of ageing, i decided to book in for 3 areas of botox, the whole process i felt welcome and listened to, i was very much in safe hands, photos say more than i ever could.. kully you are amazing, thankyou! Cant wait for my review so she can see her work first hand :)

Booked as gift for mum and she's come back to me and told me about her really bad experience on 02/09/2025 for 17:00. To start, she couldn't access the medical form they sent online so she went in early and nobody was at reception. She rang twice and nobody answered until a text came through saying sorry we missed your call. After waiting someone came out with a patient and the patient left, instead of acknowledging her sitting there, she went back into her room. After waiting even longer, she came back out and told her you haven't filled in the form, to which mum replied I can't access it, the masseuse couldn't access it on her computer after trying and then eventually sorted it and said they would start at 17:15 and finish at 18:00. It didn't, it started after 17:15 and finished before 18:00 so she didn't get what I had paid for. Would not recommend based on this poor service and experience.

I was honestly so impressed by Danielle's Swedish massage. The whole experience in fact was excellent. From the explanation at the beginning, having somewhere to actually put your clothes, the cleanliness and Danielle's super attentive and friendly nature. She asked if I'd like it soft, medium or firm. I like a firm massage, and hers was spot on. At the end she gave advice on what to eat, exercise, relaxation and Hydration. Very attentive to all the details. I recommended her straight away to the people I know that are always looking for a good masseuse. It's harder than you think to find one! I'll be back for sure.
