Dr. Armani and his partner were very thorough and listened to every concern when taking my health history. I actually felt listened to (unlike the NHS GP), and that he genuinely cared. His partner was able to assist in checking my hormone levels and give me the hormone replacement therapy that I had previously received in the US, which was a relief after going back-and-forth with the NHS who told me it “wasn’t a thing here”. There was obviously a lot of time and energy put into my care plan (34 pages!), and the communication has been great! If you’re not getting the care you need, and GP’s are brushing off your concerns, I highly recommend!

The treatment included a very thorough manual extraction, peels, and LED therapy, and she was so careful with my acne. She even applied a healing enzyme peel to leave on overnight, which really helped the recovery. My skin is still healing, but I can already see such a difference (no new breakouts and glow even after one session). Plus, they use really high-quality products. Thank you so much 🫶🏻 Definitely recommend!

I booked 6 sessions of laser hair removal on my lower face and underneath chin area with all treatments performed by Lytsa barring one session when she was away. Lytsa is very knowledgeable about her work and always supplied great and useful skincare advice which was especially appreciated as I have darker skin. The treatments were always performed to the highest standard by Lytsa within a beautifully curated space for treatments to be performed. Lytsa made my treatments something to be enjoyed and look forward to once a month or every six weeks; we talked about travel, theatre recommendations as well as skincare. She was also very trustworthy when communicating if and when a treatment was actually needed. After 2 sessions my hair growth reduced so going every 4 weeks dead on wasn’t necessary for me; Lytsa would always honestly advise if the gaps between treatments should be longer so hair on my face could grow so to have productive sessions and not waste them which I very much appreciated. I will definitely be booking again with Pulse Laser Clinic and Lytsa as my skin has never looked better. Charlene xx
