Lip filler was fine. Cheek filler was incorrectly placed causing bags under eyes, particularly on one side. Dissolved so much it also dissolved my own cheek tissue, leaving sagging and more wrinkles particularly on one side of my face, with a long vertical line of no tissue. Advised that it would re generate which it hasn't. Offered to fill again which left me looking like Malificent but just on one side. I actually looked worse than before I started. I have since been back to my original aesthetics practitioner, who has tried to even up my face. However the sagging wrinkles are in an area which cannot be filled so am obviously very conscious and disappointed

Michelle advised that the my daughters birthmark could be fully removed in 3 sessions. 10 sessions later & £645 spent the birthmark is still present. We started treatment in 2023 & this has been dragged out. Michelle advised that treatment would be ongoing in to 2026! More costs & more visits adding up. Our latest appointment had been cancelled. Really disappointing level of service & I would not recommend.

I took my daughter to Michelle to have her ears pierced and I couldn’t have taken her to a better place! My daughter was a little nervous (although very excited) but Michelle was extremely patient and kind. She spent time explaining everything to my daughter and took great care to make sure that we were both happy with everything she was doing. The clinic was, as always, immaculate. On top of all of this, the price was extremely competitive, compared to the high street chains, and there was the added bonus of Michelle supplying us with the cleaning solution which means that the earrings can be changed after only three weeks! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Michelle to anyone and I will certainly be taking my other two daughters to Michelle if they want any piercings. Thank you so much, Michelle!
