I had my lips done with Dr Dev and im so pleased with the result! I came to him after I wasn’t happy with the work of another injector (which resulted in me having to dissolve the top lip) so I was really nervous to come to someone new again but he made me feel really at ease throughout the whole process. It was the most painless I’ve ever found lip injections (and I’ve had them done several times with different injectors). It’s also the first time I’ve felt that the placement of the filler was really bespoke to my needs as I normally get the impression that injectors often just have a routine that they follow for each patient regardless of individual requirements. Overall I’m really happy and would highly recommend coming to Dr Dev for treatment.

5 stars!!! A few niggling injuries during Seville marathon training (nature of the beast), Nick fixed me up with 3 sessions and I smashed my marathon PB by 26 minutes, finishing with a time of 2.55. Completely over the moon and couldn't have done it without him.

Dr Dev was absolutely brilliant! I recent had a non surgical rhinoplasty and was quite nervous about potential complications- understandably. He was incredibly comforting and was very patient, taking the time to put me at ease and letting me know throughout that I am able to change my mind! I couldn’t be happier with my results- pain was very minimal (less than 1/10, just an odd sensation), and Dr Dev is very professional. Will be returning very soon, I am sure.

Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. I started to go to Nick about 4 years ago because I had lower back pain. He very quickly explained to me why I had an issue and what I could to make it better. I play a lot of sport, and getting older I have various niggles, so I continue to go to Nick for 'maintenance' massages every 6 weeks. He always takes the time to listen to my latest ailment, treats it and then checks back to see how its mending.

I booked the appointment after a team mate visited her local osteopath in St Albans as it worked for her and as we where having the same niggles and issues I thought I would book an appointment to see if it could help me out. My appointment was with Anna which was a really good match as we both come from dance backgrounds. Anna was very knowledgeable and got all my niggles and especially my back muscles to relax and when they did I was amazed as I did not realize how tight they where, she gave me some exercises to do to help my back out until my next appointment. I have previously had sports massage and deep tissue massages at other locations which where great but the issues always came back- its early days but my back and other niggling areas are massively improved and I think I could be on my way to getting them sorted out once and for all.

I contacted Nick him because I was suffering from an intense pain in my shoulder. From the very first visit I started feeling better and with the treatment and the exercises he recommended to me now I feel great again. Also the personal treatment completes the experience to a five starts value!

I have tried many different types of massages and eventually came across sports massage and decided to try it, and have progressed to osteopathic massage with Nick Castle. I suffer from alot of tightness and the deep massage does the trick to loosen my muscles up. It can be quite painful but this is the treatment that is working well for me. Nick has also recommended some stretching exercises to do between appointments.
