Excellent care. Dr.Fox, the dermatologist, was well prepared and focussed, having read my submitted form earlier, and was straight on point with her questions and assessment. I was very impressed and delighted that the treatment she advised has worked with immediate and ongoing results. I have already recommended her to my goddaughter who suffers with the same skin problems. I was slightly concerned that the clinic name sounded ‘casual’, but everything about the booking, communication, appointment, and follow up emails was highly professional and well worth the cost. We booked an appointment late one Saturday afternoon and for the following Monday morning, it was so reassuring to have such a prompt booking. The follow up letter for my usual GP was informative, and a further email to check on how the treatment was going was much appreciated. I would have no hesitation recommending this service.

I booked an appointment for a follow up and I been charged 199£. This is a follow up only and I think the price is too expensive considering is a 15minute consultation about a treatment assigned to me at the first appointment. I understand it is a private practice and I know it is expensive (249£ for the first consultation) but the cost expectation for a check of the treatment suggested should be much reasonable of the 20% less then the first appointment. I don't come back again

I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was very convenient. We had a great experience at the clinic. The staff was very professional, and Dr Conole was extremely patient and attentive ( and very kind) . He listened carefully to my father’s concerns and provided thoughtful and thorough care. I highly recommend their services .

My first use of Dr.Dropin and a very positive experience. Easy to book a video appointment and availability was great - manage to speak to a GP on Good Friday. The consultation was very professional and thorough - how a consultation should be. Prescription issued digital and am feeling way better. The soonest video appointment at my NHS GP was more than 3 weeks away! Would definitely use again. Why isn't the NHS like this?

Fulham branch. The entire process was flawless. Contacted customer service team to ask for clarification around booking the correct service. They were incredibly helpful and helped me book an appointment for the services I requested. The receptionist once we arrived was gracious and helpful. The doctor was thorough and friendly. She took us through everything and assisted with the blood test we required. Very pleased as a first time customer. Will definitely use the service again.
