Transpire Cosmetic Surgery

Unfortunately I must write this review on behalf of my daughter Jayde Moseley, that has nothing to do with the actual surgery as such as we never got to that point. After paying the initial consultation , everything seemed to be very enthusiastic about using Transpire’s services. Upon meeting the surgeon he had concerns about her ability to cope with various shortfalls she had concerning what she felt were her imperfections.He felt that he would rather not operate on her, which of course was his prerogative . This situation obviously upset my daughter as she was trying remedy a faulty folded implant which was now ten years old and due for replacement.Therefore after this refusal she was extremely upset, and burst into tears whilst still in the reception area. Therefore , after this secretary Beryl, did at the time offer her some comfort, whilst other customers were in the close proximity, and stated “ not to worry you will not be charged, and she would be refunded..She also stated that she would assist her to contact further surgeons who may take on her operation.. After hearing nothing after 3 weeks she contacted Beryl to enquire about the refund, and also whether she had discussed the situation with other possible surgeons, and follow up supporting evidence to gain assistance through the NHS ? This follow up never took place, and at this point Beryl denied she had ever made that statement in relation to the refund,, but as I was there beside my daughter I clearly heard her say as such. It is for that reason that I consider it valid to leave this review, not as an attack on the surgeon’s obvious skills, but due to the breaking of a promise when other people were in earshot, but later denied and not followed through.

I have had a great experience with Transpire through whom I received breast augmentation surgery. My consultation with Seni was brilliant as was the surgery and it's results. Beryl has been very helpful through the post op period, being always available to provide advice and support. The whole process pre op and post op has been conducted to a high standard and at every stage I have felt in safe hands. At 3 weeks post op I am very happy with the results. I would recommend the Transpire team to anyone considering breast augmentation surgery.

After having my consultation in February 2025 I then continued my journey for Motiva Breast Implants in April 2025. The whole process was seamless. From start to finish amazing. Contacting Beryl with any questions were quickly answered. The support I received was fantastic. My surgery was done under what is called Twilight Anaesthesia, where you are not under a full anaesthetic. The recovery was fantastic. I would very highly recommend this. I was then contacted by Beryl every day to see how I was feeling. I felt that i had my own personal nurse with Beryl. Mr Seni Mylvaganam is an amazing man, he has given me back my confidence. I had lost a lot of weight leading up to my surgery and I just feel complete now.

Recommended by friend and have certainly not been disappointed. From the first phone call to now, 1week post op the service and care have been second to none. Beryl and the whole team involved have been friendly, professional and nothing has been too much trouble. Any questions have been answered quickly feel like there is always someone there if a problem does arise. Had mtf breast augmentation and results are as discussed in consultation if not better! Already have had lots of positive comments and happily given details of where and who done the procedure. Thank you once again to Beryl and her amazing team.
