Smile Welling Dental Care

Great reception staff but the actual dentists themselves are terrible the owner in particular, they just want to quickly palm you out the door as quickly as possible due to them always being behind on appointments. I had missed a few appointments due to family matters and out of no where I was told I can no longer be treated with no consideration what so ever.

I have always had a good service but just want to give a shout out to Kelly at the reception. She is the loveliest dental receptionist I have met. Always has a smile and nothing ever seems to phase her. When I arrived this morning, she opened up the surgery and she She opened up this morning and she greeted everyone waiting with a good morning and a beaming smile. Just made me feel so good about visiting the dentist!

Always a great service here from reception to the dental clinicians. Always good information and education given on dental hygiene. Had a query about night time teeth grinding in children and it was explained the reasoning behind not intervening at this point. Never made to feel silly at all when asking questions. Reception even give children a sticker. Children are made to feel at ease here also.

I don't like having my teeth messed with never have, but I have been going to see Anu and Nannate for many years after a recommendation from my dad, both ladies make you feel welcome and at ease, and Anu always does the best treatment needed, both are patient and give you time, I've been going for so long now it's like going to see friends, totally recommend Smile Welling, The receptionist are always helpful and welcoming.

Both my son and I had cosmetic work done by Mr Darr and was really happy with the results. Mr Darr is very professional and seems to take pride in his work. Would highly recommend him. All the staff at smile welling are very friendly and make you feel welcome.

I have always been terrified of the dentist. I have been coming to this practice as long as I can remember and I have always felt welcomed. Anu and Nannette always calm me down and make me feel safe. They are very reassuring and always talk me through the procedures being done. Absolutely love these two and love the practice. Thank you for all you have done for me these past years 🤍
