Recently registered and have had a great experience so far :) Nabil, Ankita and Upasana were very helpful and detailed in my initial appointment, and Megan was very welcoming and lovely. Also had my hygienist appointment with Aman, and her and Divya were brilliant, and Kelly was very warm and welcoming :) Thank you!

Aman and Divya where professional and provided an excellent service with my children 's hygiene appointments. They were patient, supportive ,educated the children regarding the best way to clean their teeth. Will definitely be back in 6 months time. Thank you for your professionalism.

We had a wonderful experience with Dr. Kanchan and her nurse Binu. Dr. Kanchan was incredibly kind, gentle, and patient with my little son, making him feel completely ease during his visit. Nurse Mrs Binn was also very warm and helpful throughout. Thank you both for your excellent care and for making the experience so positive!

Just wanted to leave a review to say how great this dental practice is! :-) I've recently registered and my experience so far has been fantastic! I've been seen by Dr Nimi who always takes the time to explain everything properly and helped a great deal when I had pain in my wisdom tooth recently! Was also seen Aman and Ankita later on who did a brilliant job in my dental hygiene appointment and was impressed by the difference in just one appointment! All the team are fantastic! Lastly, mention to also the previous receptionist and Kelly who accommodated me in rescheduling my appointment today which helped a great deal! Thankyou and definitely recommend! :-)

Went in for a hygienist appointment with Kanchan (clinician) and Sabnam (dental nurse), everything was very well communicated to my understanding, was constantly checked on if I was feeling okay during my procedure which was appreciated, and overall appreciative of the appointment and how clean my teeth feel now. I was greeted with such warmth and professionalism—it truly set the tone for the entire experience. The interior is not only beautiful but also creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease. My treatment coordinator, Dylan, was absolutely fantastic. They clearly and patiently walked me through my treatment plan, making sure I fully understood everything. I was seen by Dr. Nabil, who was not only incredibly kind but also exceptionally attentive and precise with every step of the treatment. I felt genuinely cared for throughout.

I visited this clinic a few years ago and recently returned as a patient for a routine check-up. Although my visit was part of a cosmetic plan—since I don’t have any issues with my dental health—I was once again impressed by the quality of care. The clinic is exceptionally well-equipped with the latest technology, and the staff are both friendly and highly professional. Dr. Nimi is incredibly gentle, knowledgeable, and approachable. She carried out a thorough assessment and explained every step of my cosmetic plan in detail, while she took the time to answer any questions I had. I’m especially excited to try Boutique Whitening, as I’ve only had in-clinic lamp whitening before. Even though my visit was purely cosmetic, I would trust this team with any serious dental concerns without hesitation. Thank you so much!

The location is very convenient for me since it is near my primary school. The people I have worked with are friendly and polite, and they always complete their tasks efficiently. The waiting times are short, so you will be seen quickly. I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Maureen, the receptionist; Dr. Nimi, my clinician; and Dirya, my dental nurse, for their exceptional efforts over the years as I was growing up. I would highly recommend this place to people of all ages. The calming music and delightful displays create a warm atmosphere, and there are many reasons why I consider this place almost like a second home.

WONDERFUL HYGIENIST AND DENTIST I'm a GP with a dental phobia, due to bad dentistry experiences as a child and then an unfortunate incident during a wisdom tooth extraction as a young adult. So I look forward to dental appointments about as much as a condemned prisoner awaiting execution. But three times within the last eight days, Heronsgate Dental has been dentally delightful... Last Thursday Dentist Nimi was very sympathetic when assessing me and putting together a treatment plan. So this week on Monday I had a superb experience at the hygienist with their amazing water-fuelled plaque-blasting tool. So great! Then today Nimi did an incredible job of redoing two very large fillings. She used amazing mint-flavoured gum-numbing cream, heated the anaesthetic, and was incredibly patient. I hardly felt it at all. At all three appointment, the assisting nurses were fabulous - even holding my hand. The reception staff were extremely professional and welcoming. The premises are superbly clean and well decorated. And the equipment and clinical hygiene standards are superb. 11/10 service! THANK YOU SO MUCH from this fellow healthcare professional!
