I’ve had such a positive experience with this clinic! From the receptionist to the doctors and the manager, the entire team is professional, kind, and attentive. I’ve never had a single issue and I always feel completely safe and in good hands. I’m currently undergoing laser removal treatment, and even though I had done it before in another clinic, this is the first time I’m actually seeing real results. I’m fully satisfied and would truly recommend this clinic to anyone!

I started a session of 8 treatments, the treatments then shortly after went on a 40% discount but I was told that because I already started I couldn’t get the discount. Then on one occasion after the hour drive to get there my session was cancelled without warning, I continued not to complain and then having not yet completed my course of treatments they stopped picking up the phone so I couldn’t make an appointment, I left messages that were not answered, I then wrote a letter of complaint that was also ignored. So I’ve spent hundreds of pounds wasted as I can’t complete my treatment and no refund either. Would not recommend at all.

I wouldn’t recommend using this clinic for mole mapping. I booked mole mapping to give me some peace of mind (family history) for some suspicious moles and as I have hundreds of moles/freckles/spots I thought this would give me some reassurance whilst on the waiting list for dermatology NHS. I’d done a lot of research online and saw other clinics using specialist cameras take magnified photos of your whole body and any moles so they can be analysed for anything suspicious. This appointment my photos were just taken on an iPad and stored on map my mole (app), you cannot even see every mole on my body on the photos never mind any actual detail to them, they will be useless to compare to changes. The dermatologist did very briefly look over some moles with a microscope device but as this was so brief I didn’t feel I had the reassurance I was hoping for at a cost of £350. I could have taken the photos at home on the app myself to keep track of. I should have asked what technology they use instead of assuming it was like all the ones that are online but at a cost of £350 for less than 20 minutes I didn’t think it would be an iPad.
