From the moment you walk in you are greeted by a very clean well appointed reception area and lovely friendly receptionist, Jess who immediately makes you feel at ease. Dr Georgios ran through a very thorough consultation talking through all options for a raised mole removal on my forehead, which ensured that I had all the information to hand and could make a well informed decision. I started feeling a bit uneasy during the procedure and Dr Georgios and Kay, his assistant immediately made me feel more comfortable and happy, which was very much appreciated. I have left very very happy and well informed with thorough aftercare instructions for the next month or two. Thank you once again to the team!

Had an absolutely amazing experience today here at the clinic. It was very sanitary and smelled great. Dr Marcus and aurora were amazing! They made the experience super comfortable for me, they were both very informative and made the experience very relaxing for me. We had a nice chat before the procedure so it didn’t just feel like a business transaction. They even asked me what music I wanted oblate to during my procedure (mole removal). I would definitely come back in the future for treatments! 10/10 recommend

Excellent service, care and treatment. Very friendly and helpful staff. Although the injections were painful as is to be expected, the treatment itself was not. I did not feel a thing after the local anaesthetic and this is a testament to their experience and good care. I was a bit sceptical to have all my moles removed but in the end I’m glad I did. They were too many and could cause further complications down the line. I’m so happy I got them removed and I am considering having others removed in the future if they grow or reappear. My moles made me self conscious and unhappy about my appearance and worried about the future of my health. It was money well spent to have all of them removed and I do not regret it one bit. I had high expectations using City Dermatology Clinic London and they were all surpassed. Had lump removed and both appointments were easy to book. Treatment was painless, has healed really well and I'm very happy with the result. The clinic was immaculately clean, the staff, Dr, everything overall felt really high end. Great service and experience. Would definitely recommend.

This is the second time I have had a procedure at the City Dermatology Clinic and I am, again, delighted with the treatment I received and the reasonable cost. I had another quote from a different clinic in London which quoted a much higher price and claimed I would need a one hour surgery. At City Dermatology, it took no more than fifteen minutes and was simple and pain-free. I am very happy and would absolutely recommend it to friends and family.

Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend this clinic. Quick and painless procedure, super friendly staff and doctor. The whole experience put me at ease and I was in and out faster than I thought I'd be. All of my issues were addressed with absolute professionalism. Super bright and clean facility as well.
