I always have a great experience at the Academy clinic. Always very professional and so helpful. The reception staff are also amazing. You feel so welcome and well looked after.

Today I came in to do lip fillers on my lips, but not because I wanted them bigger, just becouse I wanted them to be more hydrated, and after consultation with Dr Patel advised me to go for a hydration procedure. Unfortunately, I can't remember what it was called, other than the lip filler. The results are amazing, I feel great and got exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend her and the clinic. Thank you

So disappointed. I was referred by a friend to the clinic for anti-wrinkle injections and, it being my first experience with botox, I opted for the more expensive Gold package to ensure an experienced practitioner who would (ostensibly) know what they were doing. We did frown lines and a small amount on either side to address crows feet. The lady injecting me hit a vein on the left side by my eye, causing pretty severe brusing. It must have been a major vein too because the bruise is still there nearly two weeks later and shows no sign of disappearing. I did some research online about how common this is and whether I should be concerned. All the medical articles indicated that this outcome is almost exclusively a result of a subpar or inexperienced practitioner administering the botox. Its not difficult to see where the veins are near the eyes, particularly if someone is trained on the anatomy and muscle structure of the face. And I paid more specifically so this wouldn't happen! I wouldn't go there again or recommend to a friend, unfortunately. It was a really disappointing first experience to have, and part of me is worried this bruise is somehow permanent. I know that's unlikely but its not going away!
