You’re greeted by warm professional receptionists, who direct you upstairs. There’s a coffee bar while you wait. In the brief consultation provided before the treatment the doctors were really patient and understanding. They told me exactly what they intended to do before getting my approval. I was initially a little anxious but felt incredibly reassured. The trainees are qualified and competent so don’t be under any impression that it is just something with a certificate. Dr Ariti was great. I paid for a bronze tier and expected to be observed but I never felt any less attention was paid on me during the treatment, and the results are just as I wanted. The clinic is spotless in hygiene and all the staff are extremely professional. They were extremely diligent and answered concerns post treatment, as well, on email. Perhaps others had a different experience but I never felt that the doctors didn’t have my best interests - as they have very good advice.

A fantastic experience both with the ladies who did my Botox. So lovely and professional. Lydia has also been brilliant. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Thank you all. It’s a pleasure to come in to your clinic.

Perhaps my experience was not well like others! The doctor was knowledgeable ,But I been scammed they told me that they doing just 0.2 of filer in Each cheek side which is 0,4 ! When I go to pay they took the payment for whol 1 ml filer which is one injection!! In addition I haven’t noticed any difference between how much cheek was and how it became after injection not even 1% different I am really feel i been used for the trainer which is fine I chose to go there but at least to see a small difference !!!

I could not recommend The Academy Clinic more. Theo who does my treatments at the Threadneedle Street clinic is just the best. She really takes her time to explain all about the treatment, what is happening and what is recommended for you. I was a bit anxious before my first polynecleotyde treatment but Theo gave me so much reassurance and I love the results.

Always an excellent experience here. Feel in such safe hands - they really listen to what results I want to achieve and treated with the greatest care. Erin on reception deserves special recognition for the professional and calm way she dealt with a difficult man making a complaint really invading her personal space.

I had a Hydrafacial at The Academy Clinic in London - the one by Bank station - with Vrisha and it was soooo good! I wanted a skin treatment for exfoliation, extractions and hydration so had it paired with a red laser session (also good for anti-ageing) and my skin looks so clear and glass-like! I only had it today so the results haven’t even fully developed yet. It’s a medical aesthetics training clinic so the prices are cheaper than regular London aesthetics clinics, but the level of care was absolutely the same and really outstanding. There was a full consultation first, including asking about my goals and taking a medical history, exploring my skincare routine, etc. Vrisha answered my questions about how I manage my phototherapy schedule for psoriasis around the appointment and everything was made super clear. It all felt very safe and comfortable, plus Vrisha is super friendly and knowledgeable. The red light section is relaxing and the actual Hydrafacial part was super satisfying. You get to see all the gunk that was extracted afterwards if you want! That’s what’s in the photo 😊 Amazing price for this location near the Royal Exchange and I was able to pop in on my lunch break without needing any downtime after. Definitely recommend! Can’t wait for my next one, now! Thanks guys 🙏

Fantastic. Was recommended the clinic by a friend and loved the experience. Charlotte the trainer was super efficient and knowledgeable and explained to the 3 students step by step. I felt in very safe hands and with everything explained to the students I really felt comfortable. The 3 students were great and under lazer focused guidance from the teacher. Overall a brilliant experience and it didn’t feel uncomfortable or under a microscope at all. I have already booked for my next treatment.
