I've been going to Harpal Clinic for two months now, and I'm super impressed with the incredible service. From the moment you walk in until you leave, the staff treats you with respect and professionalism. Sam is incredibly kind and helpful, always putting me at ease from the moment I arrive. And Elisabeth, the nurse who's taken care of me, is absolutely amazing. Sasha also at reception is really friendly and polite. I'm so glad I chose Harpal after doing endless Google searches – there are so many other clinics out there, but this one's the best!

I've honestly been very frustrated with Harpal clinic. The medical services were fine - the staff was kind and well informed. However, I've never in my life before encountered a medical practice that felt like such a blatant money grab. Everything about what they do is designed to squeeze as much money out of you as possible. When you order the medication that they prescribe, they get a kickback (and the medication is much more expensive than if it wasn't through them). While initially I paid for an expensive package, and was under the impression that was done, it then turns out you need continuing wildly expensive appointments with them to keep getting your medication. When I was setting up a Guarantee of payment to them with my insurance, they said I had to pay for my medication at the same time (which I can't cover with my insurance, basically making it impossible to allow my insurance to pay for my appointment upfront). They keep on trying to sell me on more expensive tests as well. I'm sure they will write all sorts of reasons here justifying all of it, but the point stands that I have never, ever encountered a practice operating like this before. It is clear that they are here for the money, with patient care a secondary thought, which feels especially distasteful when you think of the fact that they probably have a lot of clients who already have money problems because of the nature of their health problems.

I’ve had an exceptional experience with Harpal Clinic. From the very first visit, it was clear that this is not your average medical practice. The care here is truly personalised and preventative, tailored specifically to my health goals rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. The team is highly informative, taking time to explain every aspect of treatment and ensuring I understood the why behind each recommendation. There’s a genuinely holistic mindset—they look at the bigger picture rather than just treating isolated symptoms. I was also pleasantly surprised by how competitive the pricing is, especially considering the high level of expertise and attention you receive. I feel far more empowered and confident in managing my health thanks to the support of the Harpal Clinic team. Highly recommended for anyone seeking forward-thinking, patient-centred care.
