Today I had my third visit to Ciao Bella Aesthetics. I initially went for an anti-wrinkle consultation with Alex the clinic director. She was friendly, professional and clearly extremely knowledgeable. I had done a lot of research on different clinics beforehand, and Ciao Bella absolutely lived up to my expectations from the off. The Keynsham clinic is stunning, it is pure luxury and it feels like such a treat when you visit. After my initial consultation, I booked to have 3 areas of Botox with Brooke the following week. On the day she made me feel at ease straight away. She was incredibly professional and I felt in really safe hands. I actually ended up having a bit of a vasovagal episode during the procedure where I felt a bit faint, which was completely unexpected as I'm not needle phobic and had never had anything like that happen before. Brooke was so professional and reassuring. She didn't rush me, got me some lucozade and made sure I was feeling well enough to continue. It's now been two weeks since the procedure and I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Today I had my two week post botox review and I needed a couple of tiny tweaks which was to be expected as it was my first time having the procedure. Special mention to the reception staff also as they are always so lovely! I've already booked my next visit for 12 weeks time.

I really cant believe the difference after tox - i feel like a new person. I was nervous as it was my first time but Brooke was really professional and took time to get to know what i needed and gave me every confidence in her ability. Had the best experience at Sophie’s practise. Friendly and very knowledgeable and went through everything with me before my procedure and gave me aftercare advice and a kit too! Made me feel very relaxed and welcoming and I definitely would recommend her to anyone. Thanks again - I’ll be back soon for my Botox ;)

Sophie does my Botox, and I was a nervous new client after a bad experience elsewhere. She took the time to explain everything, put me at ease, and the results spoke for themselves. I went to see Sophie for the first time around 6 weeks before my wedding. I was really nervous so close to my big day. Sophie really put me at ease and most importantly really listened to what I wanted to achieve. She started with a very small amount of tox and then reviewed it after a couple of weeks and I had a little more. I can honestly say that I am so happy I went to see her before the wedding and have continued to do so afterwards. The results were just what I wanted. I will always go to Sophie for treatments as I know I can trust her to listen to what I want and offer the best advice.

First time having 3 areas of anti-wrinkle treatment with Eve. Great experience, answered all my questions. I like that Eve is a Nurse and has her prescribing qualification also. The clinics cleanliness is to a high standard and the booking system is simple and easy to use. I would definitely recommend Eve, and I look forward to having more treatments administered by her.

Dr Mathewson was recommended to me by a friend and I am really glad I got in contact. She is warm and approachable and listens to what you are after and comes up with good suggestions how to tackle your “problem” areas. I had Botox treatments which were pain free and a lot less scary than I had anticipated! No doubt down to Dr Mathewson’s technique. It is hard to find someone who is trustworthy and knowing she has a medical background made me feel as though I was in safe hands.
