Sofwave Treatment with Joanna, Wonderful Experience I had a Sofwave treatment today with Joanna and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Joanna was incredibly kind and informative, taking time to clearly explain everything beforehand, from how the machine works, to what the treatment process involved, how long it would take, and what I could expect to feel both during and after. She also gave me great advice on the serums to use going forward to get the best results, which I really appreciated. Her calm and professional manner made me feel completely at ease. All the staff were equally lovely, very friendly, welcoming, and full of smiles. It’s always a pleasure to walk into a place where everyone says hello and creates such a positive atmosphere.
