Terrible! I had an appointment at 12:30 for treatment only to be told when I arrived that my appointment was not in the diary and therefore the doctor was not in. The receptionist remembered me and remembered booking me in the previous week when I had had my consultation. The doctor was also present at the time of the booking, in-fact he was the one who asked her to book me in at an earlier time than she originally offered. She rang the doctor to inform him I had arrived and he said he would be over an hour! The receptionist explained that there was an ongoing problem with the booking system online which meant that they could not see who was booked in for that day. Surly if there was an ongoing issue the practice should refer to good old fashioned pen and paper? I took three hours off work to attend this appointment as I had to make my way to and from Liverpool city centre. That’s three hours I won’t be paid for! Plus I had to pay to get to town and back. The clinic should be ashamed. The doctor may think his clients time are not as important as his but I can assure you as paying customers our time is very valuable! Not even a phone call to apologise. Word of mouth is an essential part of advertising, if I was this doctor I would have done everything in my power to make amends but his arrogance shows. I will ensure that not only will I not be recommending this company but I will also go out if my way to make sure family and friends never have treatment here.

I can’t recommend Dr Paul enough. From booking my appointment to the end result, it’s was a great experience and I am thrilled with the result. Dr Paul is highly skilled at what he does, it’s more of an art form than a procedure. I felt all my needs were taken into consideration and I felt confident I was in good professional hands. Well I finally bit the bullet and had some cosmetic work done.. What a lovely friendly atmosphere at the Bold Street Clinic. Firstly, the reception staff made me feel like I’d known them all my life, they were so friendly welcoming and funny. Then I met Dr Paul, who made me feel relaxed, calm, and confident to have my treatment. I’m truly over the moon with the results. Professionalism throughout my visit. Thank you guys so much, can’t wait for my next visit. Maybe a little lip filler next 👄

I have visited the clinic on a number of occasions and have been always greeted with a warm welcome from the receptionist, while attending the clinic on one occasion I had a consultation with Dr Paul regarding a previous lip filler procedure which had gone wrong (filler had migrated above my top lip line). Myself and Dr Paul discussed ways in which this could be corrected, Dr Paul was professional and confident that he could improve the shape of my lips and listening to his knowledge and viewing photographs of previous work on lip correction, I was confident I was in the right hands. When I came to clinic for my appointment for the lip correction, I felt at ease and was reassured throughout the whole process. I have never been happier with the end result, it has given me confidence to smile on photographs again and taught me to always research who you allow to put filler on your face. If you are considering any aesthetic work then Dr Paul is the person to do it, you will not be disappointed!!
