I love visiting Carly, my skin has significantly improved since receiving her treatments. I have been a client for a couple of years now and initially visited for a pick me up. Carly has created a programme to combat my specific aging skin issues and the difference is notable.

I had my very first lips done with Carolyn, when I first met her, I straight away clicked with her. Very kind and knowledgeable lady who listens and asseses the problem zones as needed. Overall I was very pleased with the result and price and will defo come back.

I had the PRP facial treatment (AKA vampire facial). The results are amazing! I have always been conscious of my acne scarring and this treatment has worked wonders. The initial redness went down quickly. I will be definitely doing this treatment again. Dr Shafiq made me feel so at ease.

Gina is incredibly welcoming and her space feels very clean. She walks you through what to expect from start to finish (which is reassuring if it’s your first time) and the results were great! Would highly recommend Gina to anyone.

I am so glad I found this clinic after months of searching for a mole mapping service outside of London. It's a 45min drive from where I live but it was honestly worth it. My mole mapping was conducted by Odette who was just fantastic. She was professional and polite throughout the entire appointment and immediately put me at ease and made me feel safe and comfortable. I then had a follow up appointment with Dr Fatima who was wonderful. She is clearly a very experienced Consultant Dermatologist and was able to get through my vast set of moles in record time with her dermatoscope. I felt completely at ease and safe during my appointment and it was such a nice change from seeing a male dermatologist at the NHS hospital I went to. I will now be getting annual mole checks and with the mole mapping it just makes me feel comfortable knowing that any possible changes will be caught early. The clinic itself it's beautiful, very clean and sleek but also welcoming, as were the reception staff I also encountered during my two appointments. 10/10 highly recommend to anyone needing mole mapping/mole checks/skin lesions etc.

Had such a lovely experience today at Novo Clinic with Dr. Lamy. It was my first time having a cosmetic procedure, and I was naturally a bit nervous, but Dr. Lamy was amazing — so professional, kind, and reassuring. She really took the time to explain everything and made me feel completely at ease. The clinic has such a calm, welcoming vibe and the whole experience felt really personal and professional. I’m so happy with my results and already know I’ll be back. Couldn’t recommend Novo Clinic and Dr. Lamy more highly!

I would definitely recommend this salon. Also the results were better than I imagined. I had an eyelash lift and tint and I’m so happy with how it turned out.👍
