I’ve had such an amazing experience London Real Skin.. I have a course of 3x hydrafacials pre-wedding. The treatments were lovely, very relaxing and tweaked every session to suit the needs of my skin, I come out glowing every time! With minimal to no downtime, they say your skin can purge after but I didn’t experience anything like that myself. My therapist Leigh was an absolute gem! Such a kind and gentle manner, open and honest with my about treatments, and a great agony aunt for all my wedding stresses. I will be recommending the clinic and Leigh to all my friends and family!

Dr. Sarah Shah & Polynucleotide Treatments at Artistry Clinic — Simply Fabulous!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. Sarah Shah and the incredible team at Artistry Clinic. From the moment I walked through the doors, I always feel welcomed, listened to, and completely confident that I am in good hands!

I recently had Polynucleotide treatments with Dr. Shah, and the results have been fabulous!

Dr. Shah has such a natural talent for aesthetics — she combines medical precision with a genuine artistic eye, ensuring results that look beautifully refreshed and completely natural. She took the time to explain how polynucleotides work to rejuvenate the skin from within, stimulating collagen and elastin for long-term results rather than a quick fix.

The treatment itself was comfortable and surprisingly relaxing, with minimal downtime. Within days, I noticed my skin looking plumper and smoother, and over the following weeks, the glow just kept improving. I’ve received so many compliments — friends keep saying I look “rested” and “fresh,” which is exactly what I was hoping for.

What truly sets Dr. Sarah Shah apart is her warmth, honesty, and artistry. She tailors every treatment to your individual needs and makes you feel completely cared for from start to finish.

If you’re considering skin rejuvenation or simply want to invest in your skin’s long-term health, I can’t recommend Dr. Sarah Shah and the Artistry Clinic enough. The polynucleotide treatment is a total game-changer — subtle, natural, and absolutely fabulous.

I had my first treatment ( cheek filler) with Dr Fidal at the beginning of the year, I was so pleased with the results and the customer service that I wanted to go back.
There were a few other areas around my face that I felt needed a little lifting to give a more youthful look, all of which I’ve now had treatment on and the transformation has been amazing. It’s left me feeling a lot more confident.
I had a little filler in my brow line that amazingly lifted my brow, opening my eyes, jaw line, filler to reduce the appearance of sagging around the mouth, under eye filler to reduce the appearance sunken eyes.

What I was also really impressed with was how Dr Fidal was able to make complete the treatments without causing too much discomfort, especially under the eyes which is something I was nervous about.

I’ve always found Dr Fidal friendly and professional, with that and the results I’ve received I will definitely be going back for future treatments.

I’ve always been really nervous and a bit sceptical about facial treatments involving needles , but Sabrina instantly made me feel at ease. She was so reassuring and recommended full face rejuvenation ( using fillers )— and honestly, the results are incredible, even better than I imagined! Sabrina is absolutely lovely, so professional and also really caring. She talked me through everything as she went, which made me feel completely comfortable. I would highly recommend, thank you Sabrina x

How wonderful is Sabrina! She’s instantly likeable and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed in her hands! I initially liked her for not doing a procedure on my friend, who want more Botox, that Sabrina insisted she didn’t need! My procedure was a little uncomfortable but worth it. I was confident that in Sabrina’s hands I would get my desired outcome, which I have. A subtle but refreshed face, a more defined jaw line and some cute little lips. Thank you Sabrina

I’ve had treatments with both Cydney and Kirsha, and they are absolutely incredible. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and I love their “less is more” approach, which always gives me beautifully natural results. I even travel from abroad because I completely trust their process.

After following my aesthetic doctor, Dr. Zach, on social media for four years, I finally had the opportunity to meet him. Dr. Zach is incredibly talented and possesses a remarkable artistic eye for facial aesthetics. His magical touch has transformed me into the best version of myself. It's been 2-3 weeks since the procedure, and I am amazed by the natural and balanced results. Every area where the filler was injected feels perfect—not too much, not too little. Only Dr. Zach touches my skin. Who do you trust with your beauty?

I recently had fillers done with Dr. Zack Ally, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt at ease. Dr. Zack took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, answer all my questions, and make sure I understood the process. The treatment itself was quick and practically painless, and I saw the results immediately. I love how natural the outcome looks! I didn’t want anything too dramatic, just a subtle refresh, and that’s exactly what I got. My features look more defined, and I feel so much more confident in my appearance. This was the best decision I’ve ever made. Thank you :)

Dr. Zack came highly recommended to me, and now I understand why. He’s the only aesthetic professional I fully trust with my face. His eye for detail and artistry ensures that every treatment enhances my natural look rather than changing it. He has a true talent for knowing exactly what works for each individual. I’m consistently impressed with the subtle, refined results — I wouldn’t go to anyone else!

FAQs

Neck fillers can be safe when performed by experienced, qualified practitioners who understand the complex anatomy of the neck region, though this area does carry specific risks that require careful consideration and expert technique. The neck presents unique anatomical challenges including important blood vessels such as the external jugular vein and carotid system; nerves including branches of the cervical plexus; thinner skin than the face in many areas; and different tissue planes requiring specific injection knowledge. Potential risks and complications include vascular compromise if filler is injected into or compresses blood vessels; bruising and swelling which are common; asymmetry or uneven results; infection; filler migration; nodule or lump formation; and the Tyndall effect causing bluish discolouration if filler is placed too superficially. Safety depends on practitioner expertise with thorough understanding of neck anatomy; appropriate product selection using fillers designed for the specific concern; proper injection technique including correct depth and volume; conservative approach avoiding overfilling; and having emergency protocols in place. To maximise safety, choose practitioners with specific experience in neck rejuvenation; ensure thorough consultation discussing your concerns and realistic outcomes; ask about their experience and complication rates; confirm they have hyaluronidase available for emergencies; and follow all pre and post-treatment instructions. Neck filler is not appropriate for everyone, and alternative treatments may be more suitable for certain concerns. A qualified practitioner will assess whether you are a good candidate and recommend the most appropriate treatment approach for your specific neck concerns.

In London, the price of Neck Filler typically ranges from around £300 to £1250, but costs vary between clinics and practitioners. The price depends on how much filler is used (ml or syringes), the brand or type of filler, the practitioner's experience and whether you need additional top-ups to achieve your desired result. If you want to know how much Neck Filler costs in London, or are checking the price of Neck Filler and the cost of Neck Filler overall, it’s worth comparing local clinic offerings and practitioner qualifications. You can find the exact, up-to-date price for this treatment in the catalogue

Fillers have limited ability to help with a sagging neck and are generally not the primary treatment for significant neck laxity. Understanding what fillers can and cannot achieve helps set realistic expectations about neck rejuvenation options. What fillers can help with in the neck includes horizontal neck lines or necklace lines, where small amounts of filler can soften these creases; volume loss in specific areas, where strategic placement can improve contours; and minor irregularities, where filler can smooth certain textural concerns. What fillers cannot effectively address includes significant skin laxity or sagging; loose, hanging skin under the chin; prominent platysmal bands (vertical neck cords); substantial jowling; and turkey neck with significant redundant skin. More appropriate treatments for a sagging neck include skin tightening treatments such as radiofrequency (Profound RF, Morpheus8), ultrasound (Ultherapy), or laser treatments for mild to moderate laxity; thread lifts providing lifting and collagen stimulation for moderate concerns; neck Botox (Nefertiti lift) relaxing platysmal bands and providing subtle lifting; and surgical neck lift or lower facelift for significant sagging offering the most dramatic and lasting results. The limitations of filler for sagging relate to filler adding volume rather than tightening; placing filler into lax skin can worsen the heavy appearance; the weight of filler can potentially increase sagging; and the neck's thin skin and movement make filler less predictable. If your primary concern is sagging neck skin, consultation with a practitioner experienced in neck rejuvenation can help determine whether filler has any role or whether alternative treatments would be more effective for your specific concerns.

Fillers are generally not an effective treatment for turkey neck and can potentially worsen the appearance in some cases. Turkey neck, characterised by loose, sagging skin and prominent vertical bands under the chin and along the neck, requires treatments that tighten, lift or remove excess tissue rather than add volume. Why fillers are not ideal for turkey neck relates to the primary issue being skin laxity and excess tissue; adding volume to already loose skin can increase heaviness and sagging; filler does not tighten or remove redundant skin; and the underlying cause is not volume loss but tissue descent and skin laxity. More effective treatments for turkey neck include Botox for platysmal bands, where injecting botulinum toxin into the vertical neck bands relaxes them and creates a smoother appearance, often called the Nefertiti lift; skin tightening treatments using radiofrequency, ultrasound or laser treatments that stimulate collagen and tighten mild to moderate laxity; thread lifts providing mechanical lifting plus collagen stimulation for moderate concerns; and surgical neck lift, which remains the gold standard for significant turkey neck, removing excess skin and tightening underlying muscles. When filler might have a limited role in neck rejuvenation includes addressing horizontal neck lines in combination with other treatments; improving specific contour irregularities; and as part of comprehensive treatment plan, not as standalone turkey neck treatment. For turkey neck specifically, the combination of Botox for the platysmal bands plus skin tightening treatments often provides good non-surgical improvement. For significant turkey neck with substantial loose skin, surgical consultation may be most appropriate to achieve meaningful results. A qualified practitioner can assess your specific concerns and recommend the most effective treatment approach.

Yes, you can get filler in your neck for certain specific concerns, though neck filler is a more specialised treatment than facial filler and is not appropriate for all neck-related concerns. Understanding what neck filler can address helps determine whether it is suitable for your needs. Neck filler can be used for horizontal neck lines (necklace lines), where filler is placed superficially to soften the horizontal creases that form across the neck; specific volume deficits, addressing localised areas of volume loss; contour irregularities, smoothing certain textural concerns; and as part of comprehensive neck rejuvenation in combination with other treatments. The treatment involves assessment of your neck concerns and anatomy; selection of appropriate filler, usually softer hyaluronic acid products for superficial lines; careful injection using appropriate technique for the neck; and typically conservative amounts to avoid overfilling. What neck filler is not suitable for includes significant skin laxity or sagging; turkey neck with redundant skin; prominent platysmal bands, which respond better to Botox; and substantial volume concerns better addressed by other methods. Practitioner requirements for neck filler include specific experience with neck anatomy and injection; understanding of the different tissue planes in the neck; knowledge of when filler is and is not appropriate; and ability to recommend alternative treatments when filler is not suitable. Before getting neck filler, have thorough consultation about your specific concerns; ensure filler is actually the appropriate treatment; discuss realistic expectations; and choose a practitioner experienced specifically in neck treatments.

Yes, filler can be placed in the neck for appropriate indications, though it requires specific expertise and is suitable only for certain concerns. Neck filler is less commonly performed than facial filler because the neck presents unique challenges and many neck concerns are better addressed by other treatments. Where filler can be placed in the neck includes horizontal neck lines, with superficial placement along the necklace lines that form horizontally across the neck; the décolletage transition, blending the neck into the chest area; specific contour concerns, addressing localised irregularities; and the jawline-neck junction, as part of comprehensive lower face and neck treatment. Technical considerations for neck filler include the neck having thinner skin than the face in many areas; different tissue planes requiring adjusted technique; more visible blood vessels requiring careful avoidance; greater movement affecting filler behaviour; and the need for softer, more fluid products in many areas. What makes neck filler different from facial filler involves typically using smaller volumes; requiring more superficial placement for lines; needing products with appropriate properties for the area; and demanding understanding of when not to use filler. Concerns where filler should not be placed in the neck include significant skin laxity where filler could worsen heaviness; areas of very thin skin where filler would be visible; over prominent platysmal bands which need Botox instead; and when the concern is better addressed by tightening treatments. If you are considering neck filler, consultation with an experienced practitioner will determine whether filler can help your specific concern or whether alternative treatments would be more effective.

Neck fillers typically last 6 to 12 months, though duration varies based on the type of filler used, the specific area treated and individual factors. The neck's characteristics can affect filler longevity differently than facial areas. Factors affecting how long neck filler lasts include the type of filler, with softer hyaluronic acid fillers used for fine lines typically lasting 6 to 9 months while thicker products for volume may last 9 to 12 months; the treatment area, as horizontal lines with superficial filler may metabolise faster than deeper volume placement; neck movement, where constant movement from head turning and swallowing may affect longevity; individual metabolism, as some people break down filler faster than others; and skin quality, with thinner neck skin potentially affecting how filler behaves over time. The typical timeline shows immediate results visible after treatment; weeks 1 to 2 with swelling settling and true results apparent; months 3 to 6 with results remaining stable; months 6 to 9 with gradual softening beginning; and months 9 to 12 with most people considering maintenance treatment. To maximise longevity of neck filler, protect the neck from sun damage with daily SPF; maintain good skincare on the neck area; avoid excessive manipulation of treated areas; maintain healthy lifestyle; and consider maintenance before results fully fade. Compared to facial filler, neck filler may have slightly shorter duration in some cases due to the thin skin, movement and different tissue characteristics of the neck. Regular maintenance treatments help sustain results, with many people finding that subsequent treatments may last slightly longer as cumulative effects develop.

Before neck filler treatment, people typically have horizontal neck lines or necklace lines creating visible creases across the neck; ageing appearance to the neck disproportionate to the face; self-consciousness about neck appearance in certain necklines or photographs; and desire to soften visible lines and improve neck contour. These horizontal creases often develop with age, sun exposure and repeated neck movement, and can be a source of significant cosmetic concern. After neck filler treatment for appropriate concerns, assessed once swelling has settled (typically 1 to 2 weeks after treatment), people experience improvement in the specific areas treated. Common results for horizontal neck lines include softened appearance of necklace lines; smoother neck contour; more youthful transition from face to neck; and improved confidence about neck appearance. The degree of improvement depends on the depth and severity of lines before treatment; the amount and type of filler used; individual skin quality and thickness; and realistic expectations about what filler can achieve. During and after treatment, the timeline shows that immediately after treatment there is visible improvement with some swelling; days 1 to 3 bring swelling and possible bruising; days 7 to 14 see swelling settling and results stabilising; and weeks 2 to 4 demonstrate optimal results with filler integrated. Before and after expectations should be realistic: neck filler can soften horizontal lines but may not eliminate deep creases completely; results are subtle improvement rather than dramatic transformation; filler is not effective for sagging, turkey neck or platysmal bands; and results are temporary, requiring maintenance every 6 to 12 months. Neck filler is most appropriate when horizontal lines are the primary concern rather than skin laxity; expectations are realistic about achievable improvement; and the treatment is part of overall neck rejuvenation which may include other modalities. Most satisfied patients are those with appropriate concerns for filler treatment who understand that neck rejuvenation often requires multiple treatment approaches for comprehensive improvement.
