I've just had my second botox treatment with Chloe, she's great, explains what will be done and clearly manages expectations. I trust her implicitly as she is a fully qualified nurse so completely understands the treatments she is providing. I've had botox around the eyes and frown lines in between. I've also had fillers for lines around mouth area. I have recommended her to friends who have also been extremely pleased with her service.

I had an amazing experience with Dr Jas. She did my non surgical rhinoplasty and also some cheek filler. She was really professional from the get go, told me what to expect before and after, informed me of any potential risks or side effects. I had BOTOX done by the lovely Dr Richardson and he was amazing he really explained the treatment in full detail and made me feel so comfortable throughout my treatment , i also went to him to have my cheeks done which he made me feel so good that I didn't feel the need then to add more to my cheeks, he is so professional and not just out to make money and pump filler in when it's not needed , I will 100% travel back to Birmingham to have more treatments done by him in the near future. Their lasers and facial treatments give fantastic results and the botox and filler session I had with Dr Kam literally took years off my complexion. He has a unique eye for contour and improvement that most practitioners lack. This place is a must for rejuvination without surgery.

Dr mirza had a thorough consultation with me prior to my main appointment we decided to dissolve and re-start .
