Really appreciate the thorough review before treatment, wealth of experience was comforting also from long standing nurse care, and all round lovely service. I've had the treatment before at other places, twice, and previously the method was different but worked ok (botox for bruxism). Hidden lines experience was different again, but felt like it worked much quicker, supported by the treatment itself- first time i actually felt the needle in my jaw, clearly a good thing! Will need this treatment on an ongoing basis and will be visiting Hidden Lines from now on, very pleased, and also booked in for anti-ageing boosters, making my way down the menu list 😆

Claire is very knowledgeable and I felt confident and comfortable with her administering my Botox. Her after care advice was fantastic, and I was very relaxed throughout my treatment, as she is so gentle! Silva.She made me feel welcome and settled from day one.she is so gentle and caring,i can only describe her as a pure sculpturist.The care and detail she applied to my Teeth is absolutely brilliant.Today I had the lovely Rachael working along side Vera,she was so happy and laidback, and was even singing along to the radio as she did her wonderful work. I am not overly keen on needles, but she prioritised my comfort during my appointment. She took great care in ensuring I was completely pleased with my lips and takes so much pride in providing the best service and care. I feel so confident and I’ll certainly be going to her again😊

On my last visit I had a Glow facial and my skin is quite literally glowing .. someone who has always had dull skin it is giving that glass skin affect and I couldn’t be happier. Also the cosy environment with the heated bed really tops it off for me !

I’ll never wax my brows again, threading was brilliant and I’m so happy with the shape! She also showed me how best to highlight and fill in my brows, embarrassingly highlighting that I’ve been doing it wrong all this time but I am SO GRATEFUL ❤️ Also, my hayfever was shocking and she way so patient with my steaming eyes, even recommended a honey and ginger drink which is now part of my daily summer routine! Honestly a lovely experience all round and the woman who waxed my brows (I’m so sorry I don’t know her name) was one of the nicest humans I’ve met in a long time. Can’t wait to go back for my next treatment.
