I had my Invisalign treatment done at Edinburgh Gums & Teeth, and I’m very happy with the results. The change was really noticeable, and the whole process felt clear and well-guided. I want to especially highlight Celia, who supported me from the very first day until the end of the treatment. She was always on top of everything — scheduling my appointments, explaining each step of the process, and even helping me with English translation whenever I needed it. Her attention and dedication made everything much easier. I also want to thank the rest of the team for the great work they did: professional, detail-oriented, and always attentive. I definitely recommend Edinburgh Gums & Teeth.

We flew to Edinburgh from the US and my husband needed an emergency extraction of a tooth. We walked in and every staff member was so sweet and helpful. They were absolutely amazing and we are grateful for the work they did!

Came here with a complex emergency issue after losing faith in my NHS dentist, and they were wonderful and communicative, Maxine immediately made me feel heard and arranged for an emergency appointment, going as far as calling me back when there was a cancellation, in case I wanted to move it forward by a few hours (I did). I felt very safe with Axel, who was methodical and patient in answering all of my questions, and took great care to help me understand and explore all options (even ones that involved going elsewhere for experimental treatment) and the potential risks and advantages for my specific situation. I'll update this review after the treatment is completed, but so far, it's been great! Update: I couldn't be happier. The team is amazing and I feel so heard and well looked after! Update again: My whole treatment is finished now (it's been multiple months). I am so happy to be with EGT! Endless patience, great atmosphere, and attention to detail :) if you've had bad experiences with dentist taking advantage of you, or trying to sell you things without explanation, you'll feel safe and sound here!
