She is caring, extremely thorough with what to expect from your treatment and what would work best for you, it's a very personal experience and none of it felt rushed at all. She even helped me with some of my concerns regarding my skincare, she's extremely knowledgeable and I will be coming back for more advice! Very highly trained, incredible advice and I just know I'll be coming back here for any treatments I want in the future. I normally get very nervous visiting new places for beauty treatments but I felt included, thoroughly listened to, and Rachel 100% puts your health first before any enhancements! I have been to Rachel a couple of times now for my lip fillers and they have looked perfect each time! They look very natural and are not out of proportion to the rest of my features. Rachel is very informative, especially when it's your first time having fillers, she makes you feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely recommend for a plump but natural looking lip. Nicole

I completed both my basic anti wrinkle and dermal filler training with Jo. From initial enquiry to completing the courses Jo was professional, friendly and approachable. I was looking enough to grab a spot on one of Joanne's mentoring days for lip filler .. Joanne's salons are absolutely beautiful spotless inviting and warm ... I felt calm and relaxed straight away iv followed Joanne's work on Instagram for many years so I knew she would be the most professional person to see over my treatment .. her knowledge and care are outstanding .. Louise her student was amazing explaining every move and listening to want I want to achieve with my lip shape. I'm lucky enough to have zero bruising and the treatment was pain free and extremely manageable.. I was impressed to be offered sensory items to hold incase I was nervous but I did not need these tools I felt so comfortable and calm throughout . I visited Jo and had a DERMA peel. I cannot begin to explain, the results I’ve had have been unreal. I was suffering from extreme redness and very dry skin, after just one session, the redness had almost gone and my skin was visibly hydrated. I can’t wait to finish my course. Such a lovely environment too. Cannot recommend highly enough.
