Best experience ever first time I didn't trust anyone with face but after meeting her and getting the procedure done I was very confident and happy with the outcome whenever I contacted her she didn't let me down even with the last-minute appointments she was a very welcoming and humble person very friendly I left all the outcome in her hands my healing takes time but after getting it done from her the healing was quick spotless environment gives after care kit explains everything very careful she listens to you very carefully am very happy with my results highly recommend

She was friendly, welcoming and very thorough - answering all my questions, tailoring her advice to me and putting my mind at ease. I went home to think about it and then went for my first lot of Botox a few weeks later. I’m very pleased with the results and can’t recommend Sam’s professionalism and aftercare highly enough!

I’ve been attending the clinic for many years now. Kin is a caring and professional practitioner who takes time and pride in her work. She does not rush her clinic appointments so the best result can be achieved. A ‘less is more’ approach is taken which I like as it gives me a more natural look. I am always offered follow up appointment for any tweaks if required.

This was my first visit today and absolutely loved the experience. From the meet and greet, amazing facial from Gillian who was so attentive ,knowledgeable and finished with the best neck and shoulder massage I have ever had. !!!! I purchased some goodies and trust me there was no hard sell and have booked further treatments on a monthly basis. I was curious with regards to the aesthetics side and Dawn gave some great advice, so professional and gave me literature to peruse at my leisure. I cannot wait to return and if I could give 10 stars I would. Great team, great service !!!!!!!

What can I say about Gemma! I’ve been coming to Gemma for about 12 years! Yes I’m that old 😂 45 to be exact. I absolutely wouldn’t trust anyone else with my face. Gemma is medically trained and uses the best products. You have to trust only the most qualified credible people with your treatments. Gemma would never do a treatment you don’t need because she wants the money and she will advise you on tweakments that make you look like you but the most freshest natural version. Had consultation and Botox treatment with Fiona today (forehead and frown lines) and it was such a good experience. She was super friendly, explained everything clearly, and made me feel really comfortable. The treatment was quick and pretty much painless – the needle was tiny! A few hours later and I’ve had no bruising, marks or side effects. Really happy so far and I’ll definitely be back in a few months. Highly recommend! 1 week update: I'm very happy with the results. I started noticing the effects around day 3-4 and it looks very natural. My face doesn't look frozen or emotionless. Highly recommended!

Lovely clinic! Clean and fresh. Welcoming and friendly staff made me feel comfortable and looked after. Vicki was brilliant.
