Been going to Megan for a few years now and can honestly say I wouldn't go anywhere else, makes you feel very welcome and relaxed especially on your first appointments but always has a professional manner. Megan has a great background and a great company under her belt with mass amounts of knowledge! Highly recommend!

I went to Claire for the hayfever injection because I was really struggling with lots of symptoms - that was 2 months ago and it’s still lasting ☺️ Claire was lovely, put me at ease and was very sympathetic. Emma on Reception was really welcoming too! Thanks for a great experience!

It was my first time having these treatments and Guin explained everything thoroughly and was also very honest with what she felt was needed/ what would work best. I felt confident and happy to proceed. The treatment was painless and I’ve seen some fantastic results. I’ll most certainly be going back. Thanks Guin :-)

Mille was amazing best facial I have ever had and a lovely lady all was good until came to paying. I phoned and booked on the Monday with the november deal 61.00 facial asked if I could use my 40.00 voucher the lady said yes just have to but 96p on your card never thought anymore about it came to pay and it started oh no you haven't paid before carnt have deal I said the lady on phone sorted in t c I got told by another lady so off they went spoke to manager with people behind listening to this I felt awful was not my fault so what was a lovely relaxing facial turned into a awful finish in the end they did over ride it but this lady did say reference next time probably instead of telling me I think should sort reception staff out not a very nice experience with people listening I will think next time before booking here and millle was the best such a shame. Given 5 stars to mille for the treatment not the service

The whole experience from start to finish - from booking the appointment through to warmth of welcome and professional treatment....was superb. I was given a complete explanation of the procedure that was about to take place (which was relatively painless) and what to expect post treatment. I'm so happy with the end result. I can recommend this practice without hesitation.

Charlotte is lovely! I thoroughly enjoyed my deluxe pedicure with the lovely Charlotte - she was great to talk to, explained what she was doing and why, asked questions relative to the pedicure, listened to what I was saying and was polite and just generally really nice. If I come back for another one (my feet are SO soft and the gel polish is so neat, so I’m hoping to come back at some point) I will absolutely be requesting that it’s Charlotte that I have.

I love visiting Simpsons… you always receive a warm welcome. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional, with nothing being too much trouble. Lauren is absolutely lovely, patient, professional and so good at what she does… I’ve left feeling wonderful! Thank you and see you soon 🤩

I learnt a lot about my health in just one session. Lola is lovely and makes you feel in very good hands. She couldn’t have done more for me to make me feel valued and comfortable. I will be taking on all the advice she gave me.
