A very relaxing experience. I enjoyed everything, my therapist was lovely and friendly and listened to what I wanted and delivered it. The whole experience, from the entrance and warm welcome to the therapy rooms, from the music choice to the lighting was excellent.

I booked a Deluxe Pedicure, which cost £73 — quite expensive compared to my usual salon, where I pay around £35. Overall, Simpson's salon is fine and the treatment itself was good. The staff were kind and friendly, and I appreciated that the therapist checked in with me throughout to ensure I was happy. The location is convenient with free parking, which is a plus. However, given that this treatment cost more than twice what I normally pay, I had much higher expectations for what I would receive. The pedicure itself felt fairly standard — pleasant, but not exceptional. The seating was quite uncomfortable, and anyone with mobility or flexibility issues might struggle. Hot drinks were available, but at an extra cost, and the environment felt a little cold and impersonal. By comparison, my regular salon (Vu Nail & Beauty on the High Street) may be a bit rough around the edges, but it offers much more value: complimentary hot drinks and cookies, a longer and more detailed pedicure including hot stones, hot towel wraps, an extended massage, and the comfort of a massage chair throughout. They also have a far wider selection of colours. At £73, I expected a more luxurious or distinctive experience, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet those expectations. I love visiting Simpsons… you always receive a warm welcome. Everyone is so friendly, knowledgeable and extremely professional, with nothing being too much trouble. Lauren is absolutely lovely, patient, professional and so good at what she does… I’ve left feeling wonderful! Thank you and see you soon 🤩
