Couldn’t be happier with the care I received at The Manor Hospital in Biddenham. Start to finish, everything was excellent — caring, kind, organised, safe, and solid. The aftercare has been superb, and just five weeks on from a hip op I’m already doing 6-mile hikes. All the the staff were great, but a special mention to my consultant, Mr Philip Edge, whose dry sense of humour and professional ease gave me confidence throughout (“Which hip is it?” he asked. “The right hip,” I said. “Not the wrong hip then?”). Also to Maureen, my physio, whose kindness and thoughtful, no-nonsense advice spurred me on. I can’t recommend The Manor Hospital highly enough — first-class all round.
