There is absolutely no sales at the appointment whatsoever, when you receive the detailed report she advises what products would help you. Highly recommend Fiona at Exult - from the moment I met her, I knew I was in safe hands. She took time to understand what I am not happy with and what I want to achieve, she explained why the area under my eyes looks the way it does, what polynucleotides are, how they work etc. During the treatment - I won't lie I was nervous as I've never had an injectable treatment on my face before, but Fiona has this way about her that put my nerves to rest. I took my wife to see Mr. Kennedy for some Botox, it was a lovely relaxed atmosphere, Mr Kennedy took the time to fully explain the treatment he was going to carry out. He went about the process in an extremely professional way, explaining each one of the steps. My wife was allowed time to relax afterwards in this fantastic Georgian house. I was so impressed I spoke to Mr. Kennedy about a crease I had on the side of my face and promptly decided to have some filler added, wow, what a result, the crease has almost completely disappeared and will get even better in a week or two, we were really pleased with the overall service, pressure free atmosphere and friendly professional approach from Mr. Kennedy.

Mr Andy Pay put my mind at ease from the moment I first met him. He carried out removal of a bcc on my forehead and his surgical skills are second to none. The scar is healing amazingly well despite the extent of the surgery. He was recommended to me and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who is concerned about a skin condition which may need surgery.
