I had my first-ever Botox treatment with Janice, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I was a little nervous at first, but she made me feel completely at ease with her friendly and professional approach. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and gave really honest advice—there was never any pressure to do more than what felt right for me. One of the main reasons I chose Janice was because she’s a medical injector, which was really important to me. Knowing I was in the hands of someone with a medical background gave me so much confidence, and it definitely contributed to how comfortable I felt throughout the whole process. The clinic had such a welcoming atmosphere, and the treatment itself was quick and painless. I already love how fresh and natural my results look.
