I went to Pam for Botox to treat bruxism (teeth grinding), and as someone who’s never had anything like this done before, I was a bit nervous. Pam was so friendly and professional—she took time to talk me through what to expect and explained the aftercare clearly. The clinic itself was clean, tidy, and had a really relaxed feel. My case was quite bad, so I did need a top-up, which Pam provided at no extra cost. She also followed up between appointments to check in on how I was doing, which I really appreciated. Amazing experience with Dr rhead aesthetics, highly recommend!
