⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Exceptional Spa Experience From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel special. The lady on reception gave me a warm welcome and even a personal tour of the salon. I had been caught in a huge traffic jam on the way and was running late, but without any fuss at all, my appointment was moved to the afternoon, a thoughtful touch that immediately put me at ease. My treatment was a Fire and Ice Facial, a gift from a parent where I work, and having had many facials over my 47 years, I can honestly say this one completely blew the others out of the water. My therapist, Simone, had a magical and kind manner, and clearly an exceptional depth of knowledge. After the treatment, she offered me expert skincare advice, sharing tips on moisturisers and ongoing skin care, like a free consultation! I left with my skin tighter, radiant, and positively glowing, and feeling the same way myself. I’ve already booked my next facial. On the way out, I met the manager, who invited me to pop back for advice any time, and helpfully talked me through much of their product range in a friendly, supportive way.
